"Friendly Staff - Dirty Hotel"
Extremely friendly staff couldn't make up for the dirty hallways and stained room carpet. Went to bed in my socks because I was afraid to walk barefoot.

"Very bad hotel"
The hotel was not clean, dirty carpets in the hallway for example. They gave us a smoking room because they didn't have any more place in the hotel and we're non smokers! Very expensive for the service and comfort. Very bad breakfast. the elevator was broken on the morning.
Really convenient to the airport. Lobby was extremely clean. My room had a very distictive smell in it and maintenance tried to mask it by spaying disinfectant over the carpet....it did not work nor was it checked before I was allowed to occupy. The room was good, but it smelled of smoke. However, they came and fixed that and asked if it was satisfactory and it was. I would stay here again.

"Easy Access"
This was a last minute trip to Austin on the Thursday before St. Patrick's Day Weekend. Our hotel was in a perfect spot, close to places to eat and main freeways to our destinations. I would definitely stay at this La Quinta again.

"La Quinta AUS Airport- convenient and clean!"
We stayed here because we had a 1 night layover. Clean, convenient, and free shuttle service. The drivers were extremely friendly and the room was so comfortable. It's close to a Denny's and Starbuck's too. And we woke up at 4am the next day and they already had breakfast ready downstairs! this was a really great hotel for the money.
"Convienent to airport"
We live about an hour outside of Austin, so we use this motel when we have an early morning flight. We had a 7 am flight, and were able to have breakfast before our shuttle. They let us leave the car for 10 days, no charge.
"La Quinta Audtin airport"
This was the nicest la Quinta in which I have stayed. The rooms were not set up in the usual way. Intsead they were almost square and had a lot of work space. These folks have their act together for the business traveler.

"Great hotel, Horrible traffic!"
I read many of the reviews about this hotel before booking, and trusted them. I agree the staff is very nice and the hotel is new & beautiful, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The hotel is located off a street that is a traffic nightmare - day and night! Entering or exiting can take up to 15 minutes! Also, in the afternoon the planes […] overhead were very loud. I stayed in this area, which is only about a 10 minute drive to 6th street, to try to save a little money. "LaQuinta Airport Austin - Convenient to Interstate"
The LaQuinta near the Austin Airport had a great brunch, quick airport shuttle and convenient to the interstate. We were about 15 minutes from downtown Austin, which was fine since we only went their once. Nice hotel for the price.
Breakfast was lack luster.

"Perfect Hotel for Pets"
This hotel is a little easier to access than some of the others in the area as you can drive into the hotel via stoplight. The room decor is a little bit "dormish" and showing wear - but overall it's a cheerful color scheme. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay - nothing special. The pros […] about this hotel are - no extra fees and no hassle for pets!! You just don't find that anywere else. There are spacious sidewalks and a hike and bike trail right behind the hotel for walking. Two restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from downtown. It's surprisingly quiet considering it's by the airport. Just ask for a room on the back side of the hotel away from the freeway. "Ben White location"
The hotel and pool were nice. I was dissappointed that the internet was not wifi but had to be connected so only one computer at a time could access it. (We had two computer users). The elevator broke down but was repaired by the end of the day. Our t.v. remote did not work with the television so our room was changed but we lost a great view of the […] pool when we were moved. Instead we were moved to a room that was facing traffic and we noticed big time. Hard to sleep with traffic noise. We had no hair dryer in the room and were given one that was taken apart but the hotel staff could not tell that until we plugged it in and it fell apart. Not their fault. Last of all was that our coffee maker had to be repaired. This hotel is not bad even though it sounds bad from my review. I just think that things should be checked more often in the rooms before another guest arrives. Hotel staff was great about trying to satisfy us. "Shuttle Driver very helpful"
I have stayed here before when I have an early morning flight. We are two hours from Austin Airport and find the free shuttle (and free parking during the trip) to be very helpful. This time the shuttle driver came to my rescue. I overslept and missed my scheduled shuttle to the airport. He called me to wake me and make sure I got to the airport on […] time to catch my flight. this is a really nice hotel. the front desk is polite and very helpful. the pool and hot tub is great. i would stay at this hotel again.

"issues: A/C and highway noise"
The A/C is pre-set in the rooms. The thermostat on the wall does nothing. My first room therm. was set at 64, thermostat said it was 72, must have been 80. A/C ran twice an hour at 25 and 55 min.after the hour and no more. (I could make the fan stay on) My 2nd room, the A/C was better, but could not control fan. I like to have the fan stay on to mask […] outside noise and stir the air. Late at night, A/C did not run once the room cooled down to the pre-set temp.. "Ultra clean, helpful staff, free airport parking"
Very clean and well kept in all regards. Hotel staff let me park my car at there and took me to the Austin airport in the shuttle. I did not not to pay any parking while I was gone. Great place and would stay there again.

I really wish I had been staying more than one night. The staff was wonderful, very welcoming. I felt like they actually appreciated their guests. "La Quinta Suites by the airport"
I very much enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet even though it faced the main road. I enjoyed the breakfast including the cute Texas shaped waffles. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the expressway and restaurants.

"One of the best La Quinta hotels Ive been to"
I stay at many hotels due to the nature of my work, This La Quinta was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, The room was amazing, the service was great, very friendly staff. If I am ever in need of staying in Austin again I know with out a doubt I will stay here again! A+ hotel in my book

Great hotel, close to downtown, Awesome breakfast. Excellent facilities. Pretty room. Pet Friendly hotel is always a plus!!!! Will stay here again and I recommend this hotel 100%.

"Austin Airport Location very convenient"
Very clean and the staf is very friendly. The location is only 2 miles from the airport, so the free shuttle and auto parking program was extremely appreciated
"Weekend Trip"
My children and I recently took a trip to Austin for the weekend. This hotel was in a great location. Easy access to and from all major roads and it was close to the airport. Overall I was very happy with or stay here. The rooms were very spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and the linens were changed daily. They served a fresh breakfast […] and had a very nice pool. Overall as a mother traveling with three preschool children I was very happy with our stay here and I woud highly recommend it to others.
