Terletak di tengah-tengah Kuala Lumpur, Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur terletak beberapa langkah dari Lot 10 Shopping Centre dan Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Juga terdapat berdekatan adalah Menara Berkembar Petronas dan Dataran Merdeka.
Ciri Hotel.
Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur mempunyai kolam tertutup, bilik wap dan sauna. Kawasan awam mempunyai akses Internet kelajuan tinggi wayarles dan berwayar (surcaj dikenakan). Hotel 3.5 bintang ini mempunyai kemudahan perniagaan yang termasuk pusat perniagaan, bilik mesyuarat untuk kumpulan kecil dan bilik mesyuarat/persidangan. Hotel ini menawarkan 2 restoran berserta dengan bar/ruang istirehat. Kakitangan boleh menguruskan perkhidmatan pekerja rencam, perkhidmatan perkahwinan dan penyajian acara. Kemudahan tambahan di hartanah Edwardian ini termasuk kemudahan kecergasan, kemudahan dobi dan surat khabar percuma di lobi. Tempat letak kereta tamu boleh didapati berdasarkan tiba dahulu, layan dahulu yang terhad (dikenakan surcaj). Hartanah ini mempunyai kawasan yang dikhaskan untuk merokok.
Bilik tamu.
Bilik tamu mempunyai pemandangan bandar. 225 bilik tamu berhawa dingin di Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur termasuk peti besi dan surat khabar percuma. Akses internet berwayar kelajuan tinggi (surcaj dikenakan) disediakan. Televisyen dilengkapi dengan saluran kabel dan saluran filem percuma. Semua penginapan disediakan dengan meja dan telefon dail terus. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan pancuran mandi dengan hulu semburan mandi pegang tangan, selipar dan kelengkapan peribadi percuma.
Selain itu, kemudahan yang disediakan atas permintaan: perkhidmatan "turndown", pengering rambut dan seterika/papan seterika. Pengemasan ditawarkan setiap hari.

The staff is friendly, service is excellent and rooms are clean! Great location right in the middle of Petaling street in Chinatown. You can walk to the train station Pasar Seni in less than 5 minutes. We had a room on floor 3 towards Petaling street but never heard the market below. However, the walls towards the corridor are very thin... Only remark was that there was small holes in the sheets and that a towel smelled bad. I'm sure that they would have fixed it if we would have asked though. Would definitely stay there again!

"Hotel Royal KL"
Very central to all the shopping malls. Reasonable. good value for money.
No help was offered, when my girlfriend and I got our money, credit cards and ID stolen. + Did not get the room as ordered.

Perfect location, all the shopping malls, super market, restaurant, are just downstairs, nice street view, friendly service, will consider again next time.

"rooms"
The mattres is lumpy and the internet connection is very slow even G Mail didn't load all features. Even though we cecked in around 6 pm, room was not ready
It was abit disappointing as I had change room twice due to the condition of the room. Bed did not have sheets n second room which was given , room door key card access panel was very loose n wasn't safe. The last room was nice however again no bed sheets below on divan. Iron did not work. No coffe n tea amenities in room. Bell stAff did not assist […] when changing rooms at midnight. Receptionist all need more training in communication skills.overall was a disaster. "Good location for shopping"
A convenient hotel near Bukit Tintang monorail station. Walk distance to many of the shopping mall for example Time Square, Pavillion ,Lot 10 etc. The choice of the cable TV programme limited. The room was old and under the bed was not vaccummed. I asked for a non smoking room but most of the time the smoking smelt was strong. Check in very slow taking […] their own sweet time. "Wasted time while checking in hotel"
At first they can't retrieve hotel.com booking in their system so they need to collect SGD300 deposit from me. 3days later they are able to retrieve so I can take back the deposit. Initially I book from Agoda & cancel it but they able to retrieve agoda's booking. Upon checking-in I ask for double bed room, i know it subject to availability but i book […] the hotel few days before. And they did not go the extra mile to get for us. Normally I call for room service they will change a new bedsheet, blanket and pillowcase for me but I look at the person who change for us. "Good Location for Kuala Lumpur Centre"
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The carparking was by jockey system, and at reasonable price The breakfast was O.K. for both local and Western. The location of the hotel is good.

a convenient hotel, ideal location....you can easily walk around the city from the hotel. welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. felt the rooms need updating as they felt dark & old & they are very basic (we expected more as we booked executive deluxe room) friends we travelled with found things broken in their room too very expensive compared to other […] bookings made in malaysia...booking for return to kl after 6 days in penang we got 5* le meridien for only £5 more per night! reccommend you look for better deals Baca selanjutnya
"coronade hotel golden triangle kuala lumpur"
the hotel was in a perfect position in the golden triangle but just on the outskirts so not as many street noises to be heard. Was very close to a great little shopping centre and a 5 minute walk to the big Times Square and the Pavillion shopping centres. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely air conditioned.The 2 bottles of complimentary water […] was very appreciated every day.Hotel close enough that you could go out in the morning and come back for a rest them out again in afternoon and the evening. "立地はいいけれどシャワーが・・・"
LOT10のすぐ近くです。窓からはブキッビンタン駅が見え、遠くにはKLタワーとツインタワーも見ることができました。 全体的にはいいホテルだと思いますが、シャワーがぬるくて寒く、毎晩修行のようでした。 これだけが辛かったです。
