My daughter & I come to Freeport twice a year for a shopping weekend. Always stay at the Hampton. Are never disappointed!

My mom and I visited Freeport for a few days during April vacation and we had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. Our room was large, comfortable, and spotless. We had a lovely time. It was very close to downtown shopping. The room was nice, I stayed with 2 small children and they were happy the whole visit. The continental breakfast was great. I was also right next door to a grocery store and dunkin donuts! Yum! The front desk gave a recommendation to visit a state park in Freeport and it was amazing, great […] hiking and water access, Wolf Neck state park I believe. "issues with using the safe"
upon arrival we requested our passport be placed in the safe...when we checked out we left without our passport and had to go back..they had no record that we had put the passport in the safe and had to wait 45 minutes for them to find a key..

We visit this area several times a year and decided to try a new place. We are so pleased with our choice. We were greeted immediately with sincerity upon arrival. Overall, an excellent value for the area. The pool was nice, and the breakfast (included) was decent. Across the street from an excellent Greek restaurant, but slightly too far from downtown Freeport to comfortably walk (especially with children).

The staff here was great. Natalie at the front desk makes one feel like they just met a new friend. We found everything in proper order in our room and it was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

This hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Great indoor pool especially for kids. A small workout room that was perfect for s quick sweat. Breakfast was great. We loved the waffles. They ran out of yogurt and once they knew I wanted some they ran out to get more without hesitating. 2 minute drive to outlets. An overall great stay!

While the physical plant is a bit dated, the staff were the most friendly we have ever encountered while traveling. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Location was perfect as it was close to the outlet shopping in Freeport, a quick drive to Portland and Kittery - was perfect for our trip.

Hotel was great. Everything was clean, breakfast options were plentiful and hot. Staff was very friendly. AND - they made chocolate chip cookies for guests every afternoon! A great touch.
