the room wasnt the best kind of outdated , but breakfast was good.

No problems except having to travel for food and uncomfortable bed-just like most rooms we stay in.

For the first two days, the key didn't work and security had to open my door every time I wanted to get in the room. This was supposed to be a suite. It had a refrigerator that didn't work and two TV, but the remote didn't work for either TV. One TV's also had a broken on/off button, so it was a useless brick that couldn't even be used manually. I had to climb 2 flights of stairs to my room with my luggage. No elevator. The wireless connection they have doesn't work. They know that but still promote it on their website. Electrical outlets in the room were unsafe.

"Shop around for better at Greensboro , NC"
Two things wrong. Lousy breakfast and the TV was really bad for shows. Snowy and off color picture. Needs new.
Entrace to the room I stayed was dark and there was many little insects in the bath and bed room. Other than that it was satisfactory.
The rate was perfect and I have no complaints about the staff.
"Roach Motel... Literally!"
I did not enjoy my stay at all. It is right off of Hwy40 and 5 minutes from Downtown Greensboro. Great! But uh-ruh... roaches??? I don't mean lil baby roaches. Not even teenaged roaches. Full grown preggo roaches. The one we killed left a mark on the wall that will NOT come out easily. I was afraid to sleep so I stayed up all night. "Not bad"
Was driving from Alabama to Maryland and was a nice place to stop midway. Not the best or nicest hotel ever, but it was cheap and easy to get to off the highway.

This hotel was nice. The only 'bad' thing was the highway noise was a bit much. If you stayed on the backside of the building it may not have been so bad, but where I was, you could hear the cars and trucks all night long on the Interstate. Other than that very nice place. Breakfast was nice. Waffles are always a plus to have in the A.M.

"Very Disappointed"
My stay at this aging hotel was for the most part a bad experience. It should have been priced half what I paid for the condition of the room and the meager staff.
"Clean but needs maintenance"
The room was just a standard hotel room and it was clean. However, the fridge did not work and the tiles in the bathroom were peeling away from the wall. The room could definitely use a sprucing up - outdated decor and general disrepair. However, it was clean and fine for a short stay. Easy access from the highway.

stayed here the weekend of Sept. 25, for Elon Family weekend. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the Elon exit on Rt. 40, and was a quick and convienent drive. the room was very clean and it was very quiet. the only issue (if even an issue) was that when taking a shower in the morning the water fluctuated from cold to hot - just annoyng. "Outdated, Basic and Overpriced Hotel with Issues"
I was very disappointed with my stay at the Quality Inn & Suites - Greensboro, NC. The hotel was old and had not been updated in some time and had the following issues: stains on wallpaper and ceiling, makeup mirror loose with a potential of falling apart, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, bugs in the room, old TV, free internet did not work and […] free breakfast area was small and limited in food selection. I have never stayed in a Quality Inn & Suites and will not stay in one in the future not matter what city. I have stayed in high-end hotels in major cities (Atlanta, St. Louis, Milwaukee, etc.) at a similar rate with much nicer accommodations and in areas with access to a lot. "Greensboro 2nd visit"
During our travels we stayed here the first week of our vacation, the night clerk gave us the worsted room that there was, he said that the pool was not open (not true)the bathroom taps were not attached to the sink, the phone did not work, and you could not close the bathroom door, so when we checked out we complained and we found the Front manager […] very very helpful, and gave us a complmentatery suite, we decided to stay another night on our way back for South Carolina............Ms Cheeks you out did yourself.thank you so much for the room that you gave us, it exceeded my expectations and made the ending of my honeymoon a very sweet ending!
