I was very pleased with my stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was quick to fix a problem I had with my bathtub. They are renovating so the hallways smell like paint, but I stayed in an upgraded room. The elevator is very small. The hotel was across the street from the airport which I liked and a 24hr denny's is 2 blocks away. The […] staff was very helpful and informational about Seattle. With 24 hour shuttle service to the airport it's not a bad layover spot. With being newly remodeled the new paint smell is a little overwhelming. There isn't much in the neighborhood for restaurants or stores. The rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable.

My sister and I stayed one night at Red Roof and were very impressed. While not luxurious, everything was very clean, everything worked properly, room was quiet and comfortable, shuttle was on time ( important for an airport hotel) and front desk personnel were friendly and very efficient checking in a bus load of people all at once. Overall great value for its price. Friendly staff, large room, convenient location. Only thing I concern is the noise from sealing when someone walk, you will hear creaking noise. I stayed only one night so that was no problem.

I reserved two rooms. Mine was clean but my son's room still had an old bar of soap and a half drunk Coke from the prior guest. The price was great and the location was wonderful for staying overnight right by the airport for an early flight the next morning. There was a free shuttle that ran every 20 minutes.

I had an emergancy during the middle of the night while I was @ the hotel. I had to rush to Portland Or. About 10am I called the hotel to inform them that I had already booked and paid for & that 8 was in Or. But would be back by night fall. The desk cleark flipped out that I was "out of state" & that I couldn't come sign for room another day. I had […] to talk to a manager just to be able to keep my stuff in a room I had already paid for! The manager informs me that my friend who's car I was using, had to leave my room first. I paid for that room! How can they make me make my friend leave? She had to take a bus back to her all because my grandma was dying in hosptial so she loaned me her car! We stayed on the 2nd floor. However; the 3rd sub floor has very bad squik all night long above room 202.

The hotel has just updated each room - very well done (except the newness smell was a bit strong so we had to have our windows open for quite a while). This place is amazing, I just hope they continue the good deal. I've used this Red Roof Inn many times as being handy for an early flight - since I live on Bainbridge Island and some early flights are […] hard to make. This time our flight came in at midnight, so we stayed over until a nicer time in the morning. The shuttle is always quick and courteous. Rooms are very clean. The front desk person is always efficient but could usually use a little better customer acknowledgement skills - we often stand in line and seem to be totally invisible until it is our turn. Hotel was in the process of interior painting.. so brought down the condition of the interior rating. Will be better very soon! Hotel staff was very very nice!

Overall, this was an ok hotel. It was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. We stayed there because it was too late to push on that evening. They are close to the light rail and got us back to SEA to catch it via their shuttle. It was fine.

Bathroom had just been remodeled so it was nice. No restaurant but very close to excellent Asian restaurant. Right next to airport, so very convenient. Staff very friendly.

Very Close to Sea Tac good shuttle newly renovated room that was clean and comfortableSrvice was fine and rate was good too.For a quick overnight stay between flights it works just fine, No breakfast but good coffee. Get your Breakfast at Wendys at the airport !

Remodeling! Looks nice and rooms were clean. Could have done without the parking charge. But you pay for convenience . No refrigerator in room. Eating choices very limited in immediate vicinity.

I arrived early, and was not greeted by the front desk attendant. She looked miserable to be there. Then as I checked in, I smelled fresh paint, and saw signs that the place was under renovation during the week I was there which was not posted online when I booked. I got to my room after walking through the renovation zone, and determined I was going […] to change hotels. I went back to the desk and checked out. parking lot was full of item for remodel - clerk told me that i had to park down the street in the over flow lot and walk back! homeless man step out and ask for money (it was late at night -dark) i was not happy about this. hotel was nice but not the parking :(

I was helped a great deal by the staff at the desk. When I was incapable of getting into my room, the housekeeping staff was totally unhelpful. I will probably NEV ER use them again because I was ignored so completely when I was in need and even asked for help. I will even consider not using your services because I was treated so badly. I luckily have […] a friend in Seattle who helped me a great deal with my needs and drove me around to help take care of things. It was an over all HORRIBLE experience. I was told parking was free and when I got there they charged me. I left for a wedding and when I got back at 1am the parking was totally full. I had to driver across the parking lot to a parking facility and check in my car there. I then had to walk back to the hotel in pouring rain in high heels. Mind you I […] am PAYING for the parking seperate from the room. I get to my room and just want a hot shower and to go to bed and the shower curtain holder is broken and sagging allowing water to leak every where. I had to hold the metal rod up while I tried to shower to keep the water from going all over the floor. Very convenient location right next to SEATAC Airport. Room was clean and quite roomy. Parking should be free.

The hotel is remodeling and our room was much nicer than the room we stayed in last October. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Location is fairly close to the Light Rail System to downtown Seattle & since we were on a train/walking trip the hotel worked out well.
