The help was friendly and the airport shuttle was great. The room however was just ok and the air conditioner sounded like it was trying to escape the room with all the knocking noises it made all night long.

The hotel was in a good location, but the quality of the room was terrible. The floors had stains (bad ones) all over. There were pictures that had fallen off the wall and the mounting brackets were still there. Our sheets had HOLES in them and had cigarette burns. There was hair and crumbs on the blankets. This stay was adequate for our time and location but the pool was cold and the breakfast pretty lame. The staff were nice and responsive. The building needs some detailing. Probably won't go back but it is functional.

We had a problem with the toilet and called front desk. We waited for quite awhile and then went down to get a plunger myself and took care of it. The girl at the front desk apologized as she had many customers (they were lined up) and didn't have time to come up stairs to take care of it. The hotel was drastically understaffed. Nothing outstanding. Hint: any room about the 3rd floor is NOT remodled. The pool is shut down. The breakfast doesn't change and its not very good. There is not roll away available for a 2 bedroom dispite what it says on their website. Halls smell. The lobby looks really nice.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, restaraunts within walking distance, affordable.

The only problem with my stay is that they didn't clean the room..There were no beds made or clean towels put out or trash emptied. Also, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly. We probably won't stay there again

Nice sized room with average-at-best amenities. Old TV in room. Cold hallways. Beat up carpets in lower floor hallways. Currently undergoing renevations.

I truly enjoyed my stay at your facility. I would have loved to stay longer but the only thing that kept it from happening was the rate. As I said I l loved it so much the last time (I had a much cheaper rate-the same amenities) t. I fell in love. Will continue to come to this location. I LOVE IT!!!

I got there and the room hadn't been cleaned. Dirty towels, used soap in sink and shower, bath mat on floor, old tooth brush still in sink area. Front desk lady said she'd change me to another room, but was not overly nice or apologetic.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Good restaurant and tasty food for dinner. Breakfast is filling, but not too exciting. It's basic and comfortable, has a restaurant for those with no transportation, especially getting ready for a next day early flight with their transportation available.

My only suggestion for this hotel is to have a shuttle for airline trainees and a shuttle for those needing to get to the airport to catch a flight.

took more than half an hour for the shutle to pick us up from airport...at midnight they could not have been that busy...at midnight after a long day I was more than ready to get to the hotel. Reserved the king with sofa...linen and pillows for the sleeper were not in room...more time between me and sleep...not happy camper. Everything was fine in the hotel....but then I woke up in the morning and saw a little bug crawling across the sheets...that was interesting to think about.

Staff was most helpful, friendly, and respectful (all areas, front desk, bar, restaurant, and shuttle drivers. Supper and Breakfast were both great. The hotel itself needs some redo, as in carpets and trim.

This was a perfect location for a single mother and her son. My son needed to catch a flight out by himself and his flight was delayed 3 times, this hotel provided 24 hour shuttle service; which provided peace of mind for me. The hotel was clean, spacious,friendly and heplful.I would and will use this facility again.

we were very happy about the stay, but the overall rating went down a bit because the weekend we were there they had huge groups of people and we had a problems getting clean towels ~~ also, they drained the pool on Friday morning and there was no pool for the days we were there~~ overall, still a good place to stay.

There was no space in the parking lot. I arrived after dark with a small child and had to walk several blocks. When paying for a room, I should be able to park in the lot. There was only one person on duty at the front desk. She was professional, but there were too many duties for her to manage. She had to answer phones, check people in and deal with […] guests in the lobby. When we finally got to our room, there were no sheets or blankets for the sleeper sofa bed nor were there pillow cases on the pillows. I called the front desk clerk; she said would get linens for me but I would have to come down and collect them because she was there alone. She said she was busy at the moment but would call me when she had the linens. 40 minutes later, she called to say she had found sheets and pillow cases but could find no blankets for my child's bed. I went down and picked up the linens. She was professional and apologetic, but it's acceptable that I had to get the linens, drag my child down to the lobby with me late at night and go without adequate blankets. In the morning, the van to the airport was late. The driver was professional and congenial, but late is late. When we needed to be shuttled back to the hotel from the airport, we called for the shuttle and were told it would be five minutes. Instead, we waited 40 minutes. The driver was wonderful, but he was the only one on duty and had to shuttle people from my hotel and sister hotels. GROSS UNDERSTAFFING! Baca selanjutnya

I love the location of hotel. It was around a lot of places to eat. Food means a lot to me. Its about 15 - 20 mins away from Gateway Arch. But I found that the staff was great and did everything and give us everything we need and wanted. Love my stay thanks to the staff.

Nice hotel for the family. We got a King Bed with a Sofa bed. The Sofa Bed was horribly uncomfortable so we all slept in the king bed together.. Not a huge deal. The pool was very nice. The restaurant food was good, we had dinner there, the menu is small but reasonably price and good food. Overall my stay was pleasant and staff accomodating. The Hotel amenities such as refigerator and microwave was not included as I had expected, but was given a refigerator after speaking with owner who was very understanding. For out of town guests, the specifics should be made clearer on the website. Also, like the transpotation to and from airport […] provided. One improvement I would like to suggest: is to make your guests who have medical needs; (although may be with a family member)aware that double bolting doors at night does not allow anyone to check on them, especially the hard of hearing. The hotel was good for the cost. The breakfast has biscuits/gravy, eggs, waffles for hot food then coffee, juice, pastries in addition. My only complaint is the hotel must also serve as a park and fly because after our event the only available parking spot was one handicapped space. I parked there then went to inform the front desk. This location was very nice. Just had a few issues. The toilet got stopped up and I had to go down to the desk @ 3 am to get a plunger. Also the airconditioned kept cutting off and had to get up s few time during the night to turn it back on. Despite, I did think this was a nice place and would stay again.

We stayed in Room 701 on April 25, 2012 on a Park and Fly. The hotel had hundreds of young people there, for a Robotic Convention, which is fine. I inadvertently asked for a smoking room when I confirmed on Expedia...my problem..BUT when we got to Room 701, the floor was sprinkled with crumbs as was the bathroom...there was a missing light bulb in the […] floor lamp, and as I lay down to rest, two young men opened our door, had their vacuum cleaners and were ready to clean. When we commented at the front desk that it seemed weird that the cleaning took place after we got settled, the desk person seemed unfazed and said this was normal. The carpet was stained and had burn holes, the wall-paper in the bathroom was peeling...we were headed for a third-world country the next day and the hotels there far exceeded the quality and cleaniness of their U.S. counterpart!
