The hotel and room were very well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. The employee working the desk was polite and professional. A standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The dilapidated wheel on the cart disintigrated on the way in, spilling the contents, which ruined one of my bags. They didn't have coffee packets for in the rooms. There was a nice guy who made me coffee earlier than the breakfast room coffee started because of that. The next day they still had no packets for in the room. This hotel was hidden back off the main road. And with the exception of noisy neighbors and inconsiderate guests in the lobby the stay was rather pleasant.
