I would stay again. It is a nice hotel and very comfortable but the side entrance needs handicap parking available. Much too far to walk 100 yards to get to the side entrance at night. So my grade is not a perfect 5.0 but rather a 4.0. thx
"Easy off the freeway"
Just a typical good stop on the freeway when traveling. Nothing to write home about. Clean hotel, staff was very nice and helpful, free parking and Internet. Three reasonable eating establishments within walking distance. Deja vu all over again.
"Very poor Internet access at the Hilton Garden Inn"
I encountered connectivity problems when trying to connect to the Internet. I stayed there for business and was forced to find a local access point outside the hotel in order to send and retrieve work documents and read my email in Microsoft Outlook. Not coming back to this hotel.
"Not bad, but my room was a bit screwed up"
Minor stuff, but in aggregate, it made me a bit crazy. I've never had so many problems in one hotel visit. TV wasn't getting reception - needed front desk to send someone to fix the connection. Internet on the slow side (around 1Mb. Requires reauthentication every day. Oddly. phone doesn't have any sound until you punch a line button. I thought my […] line was dead until Front Desk explained it to me. Sink drained a bit slowly, but they didn't feel it was bad enough to worry about. Tub spout didn't divert water fully to shower. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and staff very helpful on anything we needed. I like it very much and won’t hesitate to stay again next time I go visit Austin/Round Rock

I had a very nice stay at the hilton. the rooms were very clean and comfortable and had everything i needed. just off I-35 so very accessible and many restaurants near.

The fridge was broken and the shower looked a bit dingy. The service was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Overall this was a very clean hotel. Very comfortable rooms, room was priced appropriately continental breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to find and surrounded by restaurants.

Decent hotel with standard amenities. Would have preferred complimentary breakfast. Also it is quite a distance from the airport but its near good restaurants.
"Friendly Staff"
At check in I made an inquiry about Round Rock Donuts that is famous in the area. They did not know the exact address but let me know they would find out and get back to me in the morning. In the morning they provided a print out with the address and map under my door. Very good customer service and nice hotel, I will recommend and stay here again!

"Round Rock Hilton Garden Inn"
Great rooms, great staff! Everyone was friendly and very accomodating. Will definitely stay again.
"Quiet and comfortable!"
We were in a room next door to the hang-out room for 7 high school soccer players who stayed up until 1:30. The rooms were very sound-proof and we only heard a low rumble from them - when the heater fan was not running. The beds were so comfortable, I asked what style/brand they were! Breakfast buffet was confusing - the separation between free and […] paid breakfast was unclear. And the cook and waitress weren't very friendly about helping you figure it all out. The bathrooms are a little tired but the friendliness and attitude of the hotel staff more than makes up for it.

The sleeper sofa in the King suite was the most comfortable on which I have ever slept. On the down side, the spa was ridiculously small and a great disappointment. The area offered an excellent choice of restaurants.

"Superior Service"
Everyone we encountered was very professional and courteous, especially the housekeeping staff, who mailed me the clothes I accidentally left behind.

The first room we were assigned the electronic door lock did not work so we had to move rooms. The new room had broken tiles in the bathroom. I just expected more based on the price. I stayed at the Sheraton on the previous night in San Antonio and it was a much nicer experience for a better price.
This is a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice place, but the mattress is one of those hard memory foam things, so if you are into a soft bed, this is not for you. The room was adequate, but a little pricy for the comfort level. Also there were really loud noises in the hallways all the time..then a high school football team checked-in and it all went downhill from there. "Dining"
One thing that the hotel site did not reference is the fact that they do have a restaurant that serves breakfast in the morning. It is kind of pricey, but at least it is available if needed. We didn't use this service since we didn't know about it until we checked in and had already made other arrangements.

"Nice!"
Enjoyed our one-night stay here. The beds were listed as 'double', but they felt more the size of queens, and they were extremely comfortable. The hotel is listed as all non-smoking, but our room did have a slight 'musty' odor when we first opened the door. It was exceptionally clean, though, and we have no complaints.

When I arrived everything was ready, gave name and was given cards and was away within 2 minutes. I had to switch rooms due to a very loud individual and had no issues with desk...in & out again. Very good staff!!!! The room was very spacious, and bathroom was very nice. All the TV's are 32" flat screens. The internet connection wasn't wireless but […] the wired connection worked easy and well. The bedding was however, not very comfortable. It was very hard and the duvet was too heavy; it kept falling off the bed. The other thing that was annoying was the A/C had a huge "clunk" whenever it shut off; enough to wake you up. The breakfast was fantastic. For under ten bucks it was way better than going out. All in all great place to stay...just have to work on making bed more comfortable. Baca selanjutnya
