"Americas's Best Value Inn - DO NOT STAY HERE"
This room was terrible! It smelled of cigarette smoke. The paint and lamps were yellow from nicotine. The bathtub was black from mold and dirty. The floor (carpet) was sticky. The room was so terrible, I tried to get my money back. My husband and I couldn't stay there. We paid for another hotel a few blocks away.
"The price is right"
Well, when you only spend a little, this is what you get. Nothing real special about this place, but it's right by the Convention Center so that was good for me. Room was clean enough, but why doesn't breakfast start earlier? 7:30 is way too late...
"Convenient, reasonable rates, and close"
This is an older motel but is clean and updated. The beds were newer and comfortable. The check in day clerk was helpful and knowledgable about the town and restaurants. The check out clerk did not seem nearly as good. There were loud people and vehicles from the street, waking people in the middle of the night but this is often true at motels.

Parking was very tight and crowded.

"Customer service needs improvement"
Staff was not helpful when we arrived. There was no one at the check in desk when we arrived. Ten minutes later a guy walks out from the back room, talking on his cell phone. He does not greet us, just looks at us and then goes back into the back room. Five minutes later another guy comes in from the outside (he appeared to be a maintenance guy) and […] checked us in. "Dårlig standart"
Hotellet er ikke særligt rent. Men betjeningen og morgenmaden var som man kan forvente det til et hotel af denne standart men de kunne godt gøre mere ud af det - find noget andet der er mange andre hoteller i nærheden
