Great clean and new rooms, great breakfast. Poor audio insulation: you can hear upper floor (and rooms next to you) people walking, flushing toilets, but still able to rest ok. Neighborhood: safe but every business around is chinese or japanese (I Don't know) . The hotel is next to a Ralphs. There are no food options around if you don't enjoy oriental […] food. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was originally booked for an upstaris room but I really wanted a downstairs room. The staff made the change without a problem. The room was very clean and, this might sound funny, smelled really good! There was a very nice flat screen TV and a very comfy bed. A complimentary […] breakfast was offered but we had to leave for the airport before it was served. There were also two bottles of complimentary water in the room. I will definitely stay here again. I stayed here for one night while in L.A. on family business. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and well laid out, the location was great with Gatten Sushi a few minutes away (fantastic sushi!), along with many other nearby dining and shopping choices.
