this is the second time I have stayed there where the staff has been very rude. this time, while checking in after 3pm which is supposed to be the check in time, the concierge reported my room was not ready. This is not too big of an issue as it happens occasionally when the staff is busy. However, when I asked the concierge when the room would be ready […] so I could come back and check in, i was very rudely told essentially to take a long walk off a short pier. Although we had a rough night and my 2 year old son got very little sleep it had very little to do with the hotel itself. The hotel was clean, the ammenities were great and the staff was really helpful with the exception of one (the housekeeper for our room). But some of the guests also staying there were just out of control. First at around 2 AM someone […] decided to pull the fire alarm as a prank which caused everyone, kids and all, to leave their rooms and wait in the lobby until the fire department cleared the building. Then the people in the room next to us were arguing and yelling which resulted in someone being locked out, banging on their door yelling for about an hour at around 6 AM. Then to top it all off the housekeeping lady opened the door to our room at around 9 AM we told her NICELY to go away and she came back at 10 AM. Check out was at noon so there was no need for her being there at that time. By then we had had enough and she got a piece of our mind. As you can see we got very little sleep but we will try the hotel once more before giving it a bad review.
