I've stayed in hotels all over the world, of all different caliber, but this one, hands down, is the worst value for the money. To begin with, you arrive on the highway, which you will sleep right next to... As well as the only train in Miami, which runs above your head. The room itself looks like it has not had a once-over since the 80's, both in its […] disrepair and also in its cleanliness. My GF decided to sleep dressed it was so disgusting. The breakfast was a joke. What a huge waste of money, when for a few dollars more more you can stay in a nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood that doesn't have sketchy vans parked outside it and no amenities whatsoever. "Convenient stop on the way to the Keys"
Floors had visible specks of dirt but I've seen worse. I guess the price was average for the area but more than I usually pay. Located on a really busy highway (US 1), so you definitely have traffic noise. Parking is tight. The front desk guy was awesome I should have gotten his name but unfortunately I was in a bit of a rush. He was very helpful with my needs as I had recently sustained an injury to my foot.
