Terletak di Taormina, Villa Ducale terletak di kawasan bersejarah dan berhampiran dengan Badia Vecchia, Teater Greek dan Lido Mazzarò. Juga terdapat berdekatan adalah Muzium Arkeologi Taormina dan Palazzo di Santo Stefano.
Ciri-ciri Hotel.

A balcony setting on Mount Tauro with a sweeping view of Sicily’s coastline and Mount Etna gives Taormina its lasting appeal. It is Sicily’s only truly international resort, much-favoured by celebrities. The old quarter’s steep, narrow alleys are filled with window boxes and painted pottery, and best explored on foot. Main sights are the classical remains and Renaissance palaces. The Greco-Roman theatre is still used for concerts and festivals.

What a beautiful place to relax. The location above Taormina town was perfect, stunning views over the bay an Mount Etna. We walked down (and up) 600 steps to town during the day but used the hotel's free shuttle in the evening. Our room was quite small but clean, comfortable and had a small terrace which overlooked the bay. Breakfasts were fantastic […] - lots of fruit, yougurt, ham, cheese, bread and pastries to die for! We also had a couple of evening meals there too, the menu was more or less limited to pasta plus 3 or 4 fish dishes all beautifully cooked, but, if you wanted something a little bit differen,t give them an idea in the morning and they will cook whatever you want for your meal in the evening. What really makes this hotel special though are the staff. nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Realy friendly, happy, always seemed pleased to see you. A really lovely place to stay. "Boutique Hotel elevated to new heights"
The experience of a whole new level of hospitality started the moment we walked into the beautiful and welcoming lobby and never seized. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff is fairy-tale nice, the amenities are perfect and the main star; the food which appears 3 times a day on that beautiful terrace overlooking the bay will make you lose your […] mind. The stay felt like we were visiting old friends. As a matter of fact, I miss those friends. "Villa Ducale in Taormina Sicily"
This is a lovely hotel with a wonderful view of the ocean,town and Mt Etna. I really enjoyed the helpful staff and feeling of home. The food and drinks are priced very reasonable.Its very quite, in fact I took a nap outside in the lower terrace everyday.We loved our stay there and glad we didn't stay in the main part of town with all the tourists,noise […] and heat. "Excellent Customer service!"
Not only did the staff make sure we made the most out of our trip by recommending restaurants and making reservations, their personal service was the best I had ever received. The views were stunning, getting around was easy, the rooms were gorgeous, and the food at the hotel was excellent. This hotel was worth every penny we spent! Every member of […] staff knew your name. Staying at this hotel made our trip even better than we had hoped. They even tell you if you want something specific for dinner that is not on the menu - they will go to the market, get it, and prepare it as you wish. The lounge views were so amazing, evening time when you come back from town, you can just sit there and enjoy a few more drinks watching the sea and city below. If it was chilly they had coverings for the window you could still see through and heaters. exceptional transportation was provided free by the hotel. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. Hotel, by the way, does not fit this place. It was well beyond what I would consider a "hotel". Money well spent! Baca selanjutnya
"Great hotel, amazing views"
After a very scary drive to the hotel (do not use sat. nav. to get there, TomTom took us on a VERY scary road that was totally wrong), it was great to have our bags taken off us and a glass of prosecco presented to us on the amzing terrace overlooking the bay and Mt. Etna. All the staff were friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions and advice. […] We had lunch on the terrace one of the days, which was lovely, however took the free shuttle bus into town for dinner as we found the atmosphere on the terrace in the evening a bit stuffy and pompous. The room was clean and well equiped, but a little awkward in shape and the "courtyard view" ended up being a view of the outside main stairway which was a little noisy. "Hotel Villa Ducale"
We stayed for 3 nights. Very friendly staff. Fantastic wiew over the town , Etna and the bay. Shuttle bus to private beach area was a nice surprise. We will be back !!
