Not the classiest establishment, but far cheaper than the other options in the area. I've stayed here 3 times when visiting family in Longview and it gets the job done. The location makes it really accessible to both downtown and the loop.

we recentaly stayed at americas best value inn and we will not ever stay there again,we reserved our room through hotels.com and asked for a room with double beds and smoking. we get there and our reservation was messed up we ended up with a non smoking room,the customer service was rude and we had to make our own coffee cause nobody was never at the […] front desk to make coffee or to make sure there continental breakfast was full for the kids. signed very disasified Baca selanjutnya

This place was a dump. The only thing that was okay was the bed. It slept pretty good. However, the sheets were stained and had holes in them. The bathroom was fairly clean. I was wakened in the middle of the night by a chriping sound in the room. The desk clerk told me to take down the smoke detector because the battery was almost gone. He offered […] no help. I finally got it down, but it was still chirping. I took it in the bathroom and wrapped a towel around it, and put a shoe on it. The worst part of all was no breakfast. No juice, only a few danish rolls, and no coffee. Why do they advertise breakfast? The bottom line is - never more! Baca selanjutnya

Will NOT ever stay here again. Checked in around 9:30 at night. Hotel room was about 90 degree, no air on. Took a long time to get moderately cool. A/C made horrible noise when changing setting or turning on/off to cool. Toilet seat broken - not at toilet but the round part you sit on was cracked all the way through. Sink faucet moved back and forth […] when turned on. Large microwave on table rather than in entertainment center where there was a spot. Light above table not plugged in because microwave was plugged in. Screen on window was off because someone had been smoking out of the window - cigarette butts on roof. Lovely view of satellite dish outside window. Found Advil pill on floor by A/C unit. Cigarette burn holes on comforter and sheets. No alarm clock. Broken handle on entertainment drawer. Broken plug for shower tub. Extremely small and stained shower towels and only 2 in the room. Tons of rooms available but attendance put someone right beside us rather than spacing out guests. No drinks at breakfast bar. Attendance didn't want to give receipt upon check-out. Had to call him back to desk - from going back to sleep at 9:00 - to ask for receipt. +'s: hot water, OK location Baca selanjutnya

The room was neat and clean, however, there was no one available in the morning to check out. Breakfast was minimal.

Our room smelled, the bedding was worn, the chairs had cigarette burns (in a non smoking room). One pillow case looked like it had mascara on it. I served it's purpose but I would never stay at another. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions.
