reception and staff: very good! some 300-400m off the main shopping streets advantage of car parking in hotel (costs 22euro, but of course easier then looking for public space) small spa, to be renewed! A sign states that bathing caps are required (2 euro/piece)... and then of course other families come in without any.... Poor service, no business center, check-in at 13:00 not 12-noon as specified in my booking, very expensive parking, very expensive and poor breakfast. I being renovated and changing to Holiday Inn - don't think it wil help.....

"Good place to stay for ski holiday"
This hotel is comfortable and convenient place to stay for ski holiday. Room was big. Good restaurants nearby and it was nice to soak in the jacuzzi at the end of the day. I wouldn't though really class the hotel as 5 star, more like 4 star.

The hotel was in the city center of Andorra la Vella. The service was excellent , the room was very comfortable and clean and the price very low. The car parking has extra charge.

nous avons deja sejourné dans c'est hotel il y a quelque année nous avons trouvrer :chambre tres bien , mais il n'avais aps preparer le lit popur notre fille on a du le demandez a la recpetion alors que sur la reservation c'estais specifiez 3 personnes. d'autre part le restaurant, c'est un buffet assez cher le soir (22€ par personnes) que avant c'etais […] un restaurant traditionne. on a trouvrez aussi que les activités (babby foot billard etais payante alors que il y a 5 ans tout etais gratuit, pour ce qui est de la piscine un bonnet est obligatoire et la on vous le fais payé aussi .Vous devriez mettre toute ses informations sur la fiche de l'hotel. Hello Pas mal de bruits la nuit, la climatisation ne régule pas la température, difficile d’avoir la bonne température. La piscine est bien trop chaude desagreable !!! "Yön yli Andorrassa"
Hotelli oli kaikin puolin ok, palvelu hyvää ja asiallista. Aamiainen oli hiukan arvokas aikuiselta, mutta toisaalta kolmesta lapsesta ei veloitettu mitään. Pidempäänkin hotellissa olisi viihtynyt, mutta soveltui myös yhden yön pysähdykseen.

Para ser de 5 estrellas las habitaciones están muy antiguas. Las puertas que comunican unas con otras hacen que se oiga todo el ruido de la habitación contigua y es muy molesto.

El Hotel está perfecto por el precio que nos salió , ibamos 4 (2 adultos y 2 niños) y la habitación al ser una suite hay sitio de sobras. El mantenimiento un poco justo pero para un fin de semana muy recomendable. Está un poco alejado del centro. très bel hotel avec des prestations de qualité équipe à l'écoute de nos attentes (lit parapluie demandé et installé en qq minutes) regret : parking hotel complet donc orientés sur parking extérieur payant et à notre charge petit déjeuner très copieux et varié pour tous les gouts et nationalités

Bel Hotel, mais pas un cinq étoiles, plutot un quatre rien a redire sur le personnel, mais plutot sur les équipements proposés,en effet ,la piscine et le Jacuzzi ressemblent plus a une pataugeoire au clore, le sauna état délabréet le hamman hors d usage, la salle de jeux dans le même esprit, pour le reste rien a dire,sauf le prix du parking ,la on a […] affaire a un 5 étoiles un peu plus de 21 € la journée Je dois retourner à Andorre, mais j ai repéré des hotels trés bien situés ,avec les mêmes services. Hotel très sympa, grande chambre, calme, nous étions(famille avec enfant) au 5ème. Petit déj très copieux.Nous n'avons pas essayé les repas du midi ou soir. I must give five points to the relaxing department at a cellar: especially the Finnish and Turkish saunas and jacuzzi are good to the bad bones after trekking in the mountain!
