The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke from the entrance to the non smoking rooms. The room was not clean by any means. The sheets had stains on them (the new pair we asked for also had visible stains) and it was overall very unsanitary. The location was great though, other than the strip club right next to it. The location relative to the activities we were attending was perfect, however, because of the people in our group (middle school students), the surrounding neighborhood was less than satisfactory and felt very uncomfortable for us. Your staff was somewhat accommodating to our needs for a refrigerator and freezer to store my son's medication because the in-room refrigerator/freezer was on some timer device in the back of the unit. The front desk told me to pull the unit out from it's perched area and turn to timer. I immediately went to the front desk and they put the medication […] in their refrigerator and the freezer packs in the freezer. In the morning I went into the shower and waited for the water to heat up. Once I turned to lever to enable the shower, the shower head came off and hit me in the head. Accommodation was suitable for my purpose.

Hotel staff was friendly & accommodating but the hotel was next to a night club that was very load every night until 4am. Changed rooms once to the other side of the hotel but still way too load. Got absolutely no sleep for all three nights. Would never stay there again.

We had problems while checking in (first put on a smoking floor, and then put into a room that was not cleaned and bed was not made), so then they put us in a suite which is very nice and roomy. But there is a dog barking next door for the past 5 days.

It was an ok stay. At times during the night the halls get very noisy, but other than that, not much to complain about for the price u pay.

I prepaid 5 nights and didn't stay for 5 minutes, i left the hotel as soon as I got into the room. It is absolutely horrible. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Only big problem was with lack of availability of Internet connection -- it was down frequently and hotel staff couldn't fix it.

Hotel was in middle of strip clubs and massage parlors. there we ample stains on floor and cushions that you could only imagine how they got there.

They advertise that they accept pets and they do....however there is NO grass to let your pet go to the restroom at all! Across the parking lot is a strip club and on the other 2 sides are night clubs. No matter where you are at in this hotel, you can hear the bass from the nightclubs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. And car doors slamming from […] the strip club until after 5:30 AM...every single night! Not a place for kids or dogs at all! It's a very dirty and rundown hotel, and there are people living there on a full time basis that are disturbing. Would NEVER recommend anyone stay there. Yes, this hotel is located in the visibly of several gentlemen's club. But they did not effect my stay. The room and the hotel were clean and comfortable. The parking was well lit and safe. The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown and price is fantastic. I DO recommend this hotel if you do not have a problem seeing clubs nearby.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and accommodating. I booked this room for two nights. I left the do not disturb sign on the door before I went to sleep. I STILL got woken up by house keeping knocking on my door loudly. She was rude.

We stayed one night. Arrived late and left early. The strip club across the way was a bit gross and I'm sure the proximity makes it a frequented hotel for less desirable folks. There was some noise in the parking lot around 2 am. It was inexpensive and relatively clean .. but I wouldn't stay there again knowing the location.

This hotel is located near what appears to be several lounges/gentleman's clubs and is in relatively poor condition. Although you can't beat the price of these accomodations, do expect rooms that are in poor condition (e.g., dirty pillow cases, stained furniture), minimal amenities (e.g., my room had no iron, a broken phone, and a broken alarm clock), […] and dubious other guests (e.g., the hotel is quite loud throughout the night). I would have re-booked elsewhere if I didn't arrive into town so late, but I ended up sleeping on the bed on top of towels and using my coat as a blanket. The service was great it was just the location that ruined it for me. The places across the street were playing loud bass driven music that kept me up until 5am or so. Ridiculous.

Micro is the correct description of the facility - the parking spaces are not adequate for a full sixe vechicle. Once you finially got into the parking space there was not room to get out of the auto. The rooms are small compared to the pictures on the web site and the hall. The lobby had a large crowd (job interview or people filling out forms and […] lining up at a table - hard to get in and out most of the time. Small area for the breakfast as well. This hotel had the one of the best prices for a very busy week/end. For the price this was an excellent value. The staff made all the difference. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for posh this is not the place but if you are looking for service and value I could not imagine better.

The staff at the Microtel was very helpful and attentive. Our stay was very pleasant. My only reservation was that the hotel is located next door to two clubs, one of which is a very famous strip club. As we were staying at the hotel to attend a Christian conference this was a bit unnerving, but it honestly had no bearing on our stay. The concierge was very nice and helpful when I checked in and we had no issues with the room's upkeep or anything of that nature. I would definitely come back and stay here the next time I travel to Atlanta.

I will never stay there again The area was shady! Did not like at all! Two weeks earlier, we had stayed at one in adifferent town; I told my husband that I loved staying there! I will really be thinking that over in the near future!

Honestly besides the comfortable bed, we were very dissatisfied. I asked for non smoking and got a smoking room. I was explained that they gave me what was available and being that they were booked, we got a smoking room on the 3rd floor. The entire floor smelled like smoke. Smoke was in my clothes and hair!!!
