When we booked the hotel (all-inclusive) in November for a February stay, the Peso was stronger vs. the dollar. When we arrived it was in excess of 13-1. At that rate it is very difficult to get "your money's worth" at the hotel with the all-inclusive package, especially if one does not drink alcohol. It was convenient, but the value wasn't there in […] the package with that exchange rate. That being said , the food was excellent and the staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is OK, and it is convenient to the Malecon. I would stay there again, without the all-inclusive. Nice beach, quiet (no kids). Baca selanjutnya

Location: The hotel is conveniently located very close to downtown Puerto Vallarta and there are dozens of amazing restaurants and decent shops within walking distance (10-15 mins). Service: The service was amazing. We were really impressed with welcome drinks and free neck massage while they get your room ready. There is also very good service at […] the beach. You can order Coronas on the hammock all-day long. Cleanliness: Overall the hotel looks a little old but very well kept and clean. The room was clean too. Price: Sure, there are cheaper hotels in the area but I don't think the others can beat price/performance ratio. View: We had a spectacular view from our room due to being on the 6th floor. Try to get a room on the 4th floor and above. Food: Only had breakfast, tuna sandwich and nachos. The food was decent but a little on the salty side. I haven't tried their margarita but my wife didn't like it that much and asked "Where is the alcohol in it? From the time we arrived until we left we were treated very well. The staff are very professional and the property is very well run. The public areas are very clean and there was no problem getting beds around the pool. The food is amazing and the drinks are also very good. great location. walking distance to downtown and old town. Friendly staff.

The villa premier generally met our expections for a 4 1/2 star hotel - The Mexican definition of a no smoking room can be a bit misleading. Even though the hotel rooms are non smoking, smoking is still permitted in all public areas, the pool deck and on room balconies. Unfortunately in the past the room we were initially given was a smoking room but […] was now being sold as a non smoking room. However minimal cleanup was done to remove the smoke smell of the room. The room stunk of stale smoke! We complained and fortunately we were moved to a 'better' non smoking room This hotel is conventiently located to the downtown core and has one of the few sandy beaches in front. What they don't tell you is that all the beaches in front of the city are now polluted and unsafe for swimming - so best stick to the pool and try to avoid the smokers ( surprising how many people still smoke) Baca selanjutnya

This hotel is located on the edge of the Old Town and there are many restaurants and shopping nearby. The tour desk was very helpful and we got three tours for the price of two. All the staff was wonderful and very helpful. It is located right on the beach, has a great exercise room, spa and the breakfast was tasty. I had debated about staying in New […] Vallarta and was glad I booked here. New Vallarta is boring and does not represent Mexico, but is more geared towards inexperienced travelers who are afraid to venture out and meet people or experience the local culture. Make sure you go to Calletas during the day as the trip was lots of fun. Last, the hotel has wi-fi everywhere if you must be connected, but I would advise leaving the world behind, especially work and enjoy the wonderful hospitality, culture and food of Mexico. Forgot-no traficantes or drug problems we could see, but beware of the time share sales-free day trips, taxi rides from the airports, tequila tasting and others. Usually, I don't prefer all exclusive hotels. However, I took a chance with this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The meals were 4 star quality, the staff (who we later found were all long time employees) were extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable. Slept like a baby an played like a kid. Can't wait to go back.

Villa Premiere is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We went to PV during the off season and because of that the staff at this hotel definitely gave us a lot of good attention. We went with 4 couples and we all got amazing ocean view rooms. The service was great at the hotel too, everyone from the front desk to the concierge to the bartender […] at the poolside bar. The hotel is close to everything and it is about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and bars/clubs. This is an adults only hotel and we definitely liked that. My recent stay at the Villa Premiere hotel was wonderful. Since we were visiting during the "off-season" there weren't many guests at the boutique hotel which made for a very relaxing vacation. All the hotel staff was friendly and helpful and they service we received was great. We did all-inclusive and I waney expecting much food-wise, but the restaurants […] surpassed my expectations. Every meal I had there was delicious. The room was a great size and was kept clean and inviting. FABULOUS, WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, FANTASTIC HOTEL!!! My daughter and I just got back from a one week stay and can't wait to go back. We were made to feel welcome and special from our first glass of champagne when we walked in the door to the last good bye and every minute in-between. I would NEVER stay anywhere else in Puerta Vallarta. OK, maybe the […] beach wasn't the greatest, and the surrounding neighborhood wasn't especially nice looking but it was exactly what WE wanted...elegant boutique hotel with every possible amenity, gorgeous huge room/suite with a spectacular view, beautiful pool and property, no kids, great location (we walked everywhere and never for one second felt unsafe, day or night), and an amazing staff who took care of our every need and request. I highly recommend this hotel. The food was delicious and our room was very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel had a very relaxed yet professional attitude. And, their customer service is amazing. All employees greeted us with a smile and a friendly attitude. Lessandro was eager to help and coordinated our dinner plans and made great recommendations. […] Also, the hotel and their staff are extremely trusting. Three days after checking out of the hotel, I realized I left a sweater hanging in the closet. We called the front desk and they sent a cleaning person to the room. Great Hotel with excellent service. Good location and food too. The only downside is the rocky beach and the over priced spa.

We really enjoyed are stay. Everyone made feel welcome. The room was what I expected and veiw was amazing. Some areas were they could improve would be offer a free meal with the room rate and to rope off the beach area.

Very nice hotel. A bit pricey but the service is excellent and the location is good if you want to walk around PV and not need a car nor taxi- Only downside is the beach. If you want a sandy large beach either stay further south (Playa de los Muertos) or in Nuevo Vallarta further north at the mega size resorts. But Villa Premiere makes up for this is […] many other ways. Small touches like the welcome massage etc. But the staff were all great. I think staying here versus at the sister hotel next door that allows children made this a more relaxing experience for us. I would definitely go back and enjoy those beautiful sunsets from our balcony or the great breakfasts poolside. The Spa is nice but I would not stay here for these services (ie pricey for PV) but its nice if you want these services and dont want to venture into town. This is an excellent adults only hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful. It was wonderful to leave our balcony open and hear the ocean all the time. The beds are extremely comfortable and you get to select the pillows you want upon checking in, aromatherapy for the room, a complimentary glass of champagne, and a 5 minute massage, which really helped […] to shake off the weariness of traveling to get there. All the staff are well trained in customer service and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. We used the sauna/steam room every day (complimentary). Their gym was a little better than what I expect for most hotel gyms. The location is great and it doesn't take long to walk to the most lively parts of town. The beach is small and probably not the best, but it did serve our needs and was not as crowded as the beaches in the Romantic Section of town. The food was excellent, and the entertainment they planned was great for the evening meals. It was wonderful to sit by the beach every morning and have a relaxing breakfast which included lots of healthy choices. My partner and I felt very comfortable as a gay couple and never felt any discrimination in the quality of service or even stares if we wanted to be close. The people who tend to stay there seem to be more open minded travelers. I would definitely recommend any one to go there that wants to rejuvenate their mind, body, spirit, and/or relationship. Madre and I venture down to PV for Thanksgiving every year to celebrate my father's life. We have been going for decades and now have a new place to stay. We loved everything about the hotel and spa. This was our 4th (5th?) stay at the Villa Premiere in Puerto Vallarta. Perfect. As always. Fair price. Excellent service from the super helpful and friendly staff.

Service was on top of thier game. Checking in was like a flurry of service as was getting seated for breakfast. The place is clean, well located and did I say focused on service.

The service was wonderful. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. If you want a party scene, this is not your hotel(though you can go to the hotel directly to the north about 100 yards which is under same management I believe). This is a place to relax. I only had lunch there once, which was a very tasty salad, but I don't […] feel I can comment any further on the restaurants. As for spa services, I did get a pedicure at the hotel which was fairly standard and for that I feel it was overpriced. PLace is wonderful, and so close to so many restauarants and bars! Beach is just okay and the resort does not have "entertainment". Downtown is just down the street for all the entertainment you could want.
