In the hart of the city so great for location, the biggest problem are the rooms are in major need of up dating and clean carpets!!! Also room smelled of something not of what,but quite unpleasant.

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay - close to the shops, train station and busport, easy to get around and the staff are very helpful with directions. I was surprised by the size of the room - there was plenty of space and the bed was not only huge but very comfortable. The TVs are a bit outdated and the soap provided is via a liquid dispenser […] which is economical, environmentally friendly and smells amazing but can be a little difficult to use in the shower. We were supposed to get a room with a king size bed. What we got in fact was a bed that had two mattresses pushed together. The bottom half was left exposed and clearly two pushed together with the top half dressed. Also when we got our breakfast the next morning both my Wife and I had no spoons so we could not eat our cereal or fruit bowls. Room somewhat claustrophobic but clean. Television should be replaced with model from this century. Hotel centrally located. Restaurant on ground floor very good. Beds need new mattresses. Stay was very good and value for money but I would not be prepared to pay regular price. Curtains are old, stained and with holes but this did not affect our stay. Great location.

Very good stay with complimentary bottle of bubbly, chocies and mini teddy for our wedding anniversary (not expected) the wife enjoyed the spa bath too

my husband and i stayed for 2nights, the room was simple but comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom. Extremely over priced for the service and quality of the room. It's an old building in need of a good refurbishment to justify the costs a room for the night. The hotel is located in good/ central area, close to all transportaion facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is not so new. We enjoyed our stay there and if we travel to Perth again, we will for sure stay there.

The Stay was excellent, everything was superb, the only problem was that parking was an inconveiniece with having to go outside to the parking meter every half hour to put more money in it. Expensive and not needed.

We arrived at our room and the 1st thing we noticed was the TV, it was old and small not to mention the remote didnit even work. The air con remote wires were hanging out. The hotel only has 10 parking spots for the whole hotel and if you dont manage to get one, you have to park at the convention centre and pay $44 per 24hrs. Wasnt what was expected, was charged more then other guests staying at the hotel as well as different check out times, room was nothing like photos on the internet! There was also no parking available.

Over rated and overpriced. False advertising. I expected a studio deluxe to have a kitchenette with basic cutlery. No shampoo and the liquid soap was placed too high. Not everyone visiting the hotel are tall.

Stayed here 7 months ago for a lot less. This time the rate was 75% higher. Faucet dripped, Kitchenette included only glasses and cups. Kettle had brown film that kept breaking off. Arrived at 11:00pm and the front door was locked. No staff in sight and I was at the front for 30 minutes trying to get access to the property by pressing the buzzer without reply. Once I got in and found a staff member, check in took 30 minutes as she couldn't find my reservation and I had to send it to her again from my Blackberry. Property in very […] poor condition and for the price, it's worth paying $20 more and staying around the corner at the Medina Apartments instead. The fit out is old and dated and the air conditioning took forever to come into effect to cool the room from the 35 degrees Celsius it was when I first walked in. Our stay at Somerset was for 2 nights and we found it to be a lovely place to stay. The rooms were nice and spacious and it was great having a little kitchen that we could cook our own dinners on. The only issue we encountered was that they ask for a $100 security deposit upon check in, but it does get returned to you. Also they charge $25 per night […] to use their car park. The front desk staff were nice and even gave me 2 batteries because mine ran out in my camera. Beware that if you are traveling on business or require access to internet, it costs $99 AUD for 7 days! The showers were also quite dirt but otherwise decent hotel...great location in heart of Perth's CBD.

I would certainly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious and in excellent condition. The only downside was the parking - the hotel has only 5 spaces & the nearby carpark costs $40+/24 hours.

I booked the Somerset due to the proximity to the start of the City to Surf Marathon. I would liike to compliment the hotel staff on their courteous service, however!! why do all hotels have to make it so difficult for a customer to arrange a late check-out.

My husband and I stayed for a night for the location of the hotel. It is 5 min walking distance to the bus port. We had to catch the bus down to Busselton and the hotel was very close. It will be great for the other travelers who would like to look around Perth. Right in fromt of the hotel there were various buses running. The hotel was clean and nice. […] Staff were friendly. パースは全般的にホテル値段が高いがExpediaのセールで宿泊場所はパース中心に近くて便利。スワンリバーも近い。建物自体は古いが、部屋は綺麗にリニューアルされている。1階はスタンディングバーになっている。入り口に数段の階段があり、スロープがなく、重い荷物は持ってあがらなくてはならない。一応エスカレーターも付いている。
