The hotel really needs to improve service. The quality of the phones was poor; I would have to try calling the front desk multiple times before someone could hear me. The safe in one of the two rooms my family and I rented was not working. The doors to the hotel stayed open at night even though the staff was not standing at the front desk. My stay was a one night stay but very pleasant. At check in, hotel staff (Catherine) was very polite. The hotel location worked great for me due the location of the event I was attending. Very clean. The front desk didnt know much about anything I asked about. Dart transportation was across the street and there was no information available. Other than that great trip.

Both the location and the facility itself are good here. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. The staff was mediocre at best, with the exception of the Manager who was very kind and helpful

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for just one night to get away. The room was nice and clean, very comfortable beds. Bathroom was surprisingly huge. The only thing was the ice machine did not work, which was kind of a bummer because we had drinks in our room. But other than that everything was great!

Well I got in late in the evening and got the run around from a guy working the front desk. I had spoke with a nice lady before arriving who sorted out any questions I had. But this guy was not helpful, stressed me out and gave me more problems with getting another night. In the morning the lady knew exactly what I was talking about but I already had […] a bad taste from the rude guy the night before. The location sucks. Yes its in Addison but not where anything is! Had to stay overnight due to weather and opted to leave (via plane) in the morning. Hotel was clean, quiet and convenient. Would stay there again, and the price was better than competitive.

When I went to my room there was no towels at all in the bathroom. No trash bags in the trash cans. When I went back to the lobby to tell them about the situation there was no one in the front. When the person finally show up she has her mouth full of food and cleaning herself with her hands. That was really disgusting.

Nice, clean, and good price. Only a couple of negatives. hotel restaurant had poor service and food was just ok. The shuttle doesn't run On the week weekends.

The hotel was good but you have to read very good the especificacions that the hotel have, for example they put breakfast avaibale , this not free, you have to pay for your breakfast., and the pool is not inside pool.

I don't know if Hotels.com customers get treated differently or if all the rooms are like this. If soft, puffy bath towels are an indication of a quality hotel, this one fails miserably. room location was bad, next to equipment room that had something running all the time. Staff was very pleasant.

Great rate, but not worth the extreme dissatisfaction. Took four and a half hours to get someone to come and kill the 2 1/2" long cockroach in the closet. The safe in the room went haywire when I returned from an evening out. I had to wait 3 hours for the maintenance man to come ----he arrived after 11pm, and drilled holes in the safe until he could […] pry it open. Imagine my stress as I worried he would drill through my laptop, iPad and jewelry in the safe. My belongings were okay, but the noise that I, and my neighbors, endured at that hour was unacceptable. The staff tries hard, except for the maids that took an hour lunch break in the middle of cleaning my room---they left the vacuum cleaner, which they never used, and me with no towels. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on around you, above, next door, across the hall. The hotel is in disrepair and really not very clean. Please don't make my mistake. I enjoyed my stay, and the hotel staff were very friendly. There were only a few items of frustration. The vending machines were not stocked well, and I had to have them reconnect my key card to my room on two separate occasions. I would go out to do something come back, and my room key would not let me back in. Check in person was nice bit check out was messed up.Front desk staff could not get my billing correct. They charged two of my cards and I still do not have the correction. They seemed very indifferent. Food was terrible and the bartender was the only room service person. I ordered the rib steak which had a funky smell to it and I did not even end up […] eating it. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back for a weekend getaway. The only thing that I didn't like was housekeeping took all of our towels and when we called the front desk, we had to wait over an hour and half for some towels. The staff was nice and courteous, the only complaints I could has to do with the upkeep of the room we stayed in. The couch looked like it had a hole from a cigarette burn and there were some marks and scuffs on the wall. However these were minor things and overall was a great hotel for the price and area.

This is a wonderful place to stay, however while checking in the lady asked for my credit card and id. I thought she was verifying my information since I paid on line, but once I checked out I got notification from my bank that this hotel had charged me an additional $50. My only complaint would be the noise from the showers on the 4th floor! It was like a howling noise and needless to say my neighbors took long showers at 3am! Other than that the hotel was in a great location near restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment--definitely worth the noise!

We made our reservation throw Expedia, check in went smoothly, the customer service was outstanding! We really enjoyed our stay there. The pool, and room were clean. Water pressure was low but other than that we couldn't have ask for a better hotel!

The hotel was nice and in a great location, however when we arrived there were issues. The fire sprinkler system had been set off and flooded the restraunt and lobby. The elevators were shut off because of the fire scare so four bags upstairs in the fire escape stairwell. We also lost power in the middle of the night for about forty minutes. They could […] not provide extra towels because they used them to soak up water with and the restraunt never opened back up while we were there so we could not eat onsite. I feel when hotels have problems like this and another Holiday Inn two miles away, they should move you to ensure your reservation promises are met.
