Terletak di tengah-tengah Sharjah, Sharjah Rotana terletak berhampiran dengan Muzium Islam, Muzium Seni Sharjah dan Kota Al Hisn Sharjah. Juga terdapat berdekatan adalah Masjid Corniche dan Muzium Kaligrafi Sharjah.
Ciri Hotel.
Sharjah Rotana mempunyai kolam luar, bilik wap dan kemudahan kecergasan. Kawasan awam mempunyai akses Internet kelajuan tinggi wayarles dan berwayar (surcaj dikenakan). 205 bilik tamu berhawa dingin di Sharjah Rotana termasuk bar mini dan peti besi. Akses internet berwayar kelajuan tinggi (surcaj dikenakan) disediakan. Televisyen dilengkapi dengan saluran satelit. Semua penginapan menyediakan meja, surat khabar percuma dan telefon dail terus dengan mel suara. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan penimbang, jubah mandi, bidet dan cermin solek/bercukur.
Semua unit mempunyai pembuat kopi/teh dan air botol percuma. Kemudahan tambahan termasuk pengering rambut dan kelengkapan peribadi percuma. Selain itu, kemudahan yang disediakan atas permintaan: seterika/papan seterika, peralatan tempat tidur tidak menimbulkan alahan dan panggilan untuk bangun. Perkhidmatan "turndown" ditawarkan setiap malam, sedangkan pengemasan disediakan setiap hari.

Sheraton four point Sheikh Zayed Road is a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay as it is located near to most must-see-places in Dubai, such as the world's tallest tower and the biggest shopping mall. Other places such as souk gold, and other bazaars are relatively close, i.e. only a few minutes by taxi. Hotel rooms were spacious and have all the facilities expected in a 4 star hotel. However, the rooms didnt have WIFI, although internet connection was available at a cost. Hotel staff were friendly, and we felt at home in the hotel. We will stay at this hotel again next time we are in Dubai.

"Hotel Rotana in Dubai"
Excellent excellent .It was a pleasure to stay their with my husband .Wonderful staff .Excellent room service.Only the pool is little small but that can be ignored .Wonderful
"Comfortable and Clean"
I have stayed at the Sharjah Rotana several times, and it is always very nice and comfortable. The rooms are clean, crisp white linens on the beds, and clean bathrooms. This time when I checked in, they did not have exactly what I booked, so I got a room upgrade for free. I have been very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The one […] down-side is the location. It is a little out of the way if you're wanting to explore Dubai, but if you don't mind a little bit of a drive then it's not a big deal. friendly but non professional staff, overbooked rooms and were unable to locate my second room,gave a non sense answers, however i recommend this hotel if improvements is done. very considerate general manager.

"hotel-good place to be thanks to friendly staff"
The hotel is situated in a lively neighbourhood. Very friendly and effective working reception staff. The room is big but dated. The room, bathroom and linnen are clean! The gym and steamroom are nice, staff is very helpful and friendly. We got complimentary breakfast which was of very good quality! The hotel is not in the centre of Sharjah, you need […] a taxi to get around. 2x a day there is a complimentary busshuttle service to Dubai Deira Centre and to the beach. We just had a short time to book this hotel, so I guess the location was our biggest mistake. Apart from that it was an ok hotel, nothing special in either direction. Not my first choice if I would stay again, but no big problems either.

"Enjoyed stay"
Positives: Excellent service. Friendly staff. Affordable, clean rooms. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast (complimentary) buffet was excellent. The gym/spa was good, and the pool was clean. Just a few issues: 1. Despite cleanliness of the room, there was a faint smell of smoke in our room. They really should separate smoking and non-smoking […] rooms. 2. There is a shuttle to Dubai mall that leaves at 9:30 am which is excellent, but the return shuttle is at 2:30 pm. "Rotana ett vänligt hotell med bra läge"
Hotellet ligger bra till, är du lite nyfiken på kulturen finns mycket att se på gångavstånd. Hotellets personal är mycket vänliga och servicinriktade. Men om alkohol är ett viktigt inslag i din semester är det inte tillåtet i hela Emiratet Shardja på något hotell, resturang eller bar . Godt hotel i et lidt slidt, men charmerende miljø Perfekt og venlig betjening, og fin morgenmad. Var der kun en nat, men kommer gerne igen.
