We came to this hotel as it was close to where our relatives lived. We came for a Funeral. Arriving early on Wednesday morning 5.30 a.m. after travelling... through the night, when we asked if we could have a room to have a sleep as the funeral was not until 2 p.m that day we were told NO, because we had only booked 2 nights stay, Wednesday and Thursday. If we wanted another room we would have to pay £100 for each room. There was a 3 rd person with us. A Manager was asked and still the answer was NO. We ended up sleeping on couches in the Lounge. Our rooms were eventually given to us at 11.10 a.m. after asking 3 times if the rooms were ready yet, as we knew that people had checked out of the hotel just after we arrived. We thought that they would redeem themselves when we left at 5.30 a.m. on Friday morning by taking us to the airport and not charging us, but they didnt do that either, despite my having a conversation with the Manager and informing her of all our encounters of which there were a few more on that Wednesday morning. oleh Rose dari dari North Yorkshire, UK pada 25/02/2013
