Red Roof Inn Springfield, OH - Springfield

It was okay. Bathroom was kind of small. Wouldn't want to have to share room, but was okay for one person. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about so went to restaurant across the street and paid for a breakfast that was definitely nothing to write home about.

I specifically asked for a smoke free room when I made the reservation - I confirmed it verbally with the reservation specialist several times. However, I was given a room that reeked of smoke and had ash trays so obviously not a smoke free room.

the room and the people were great, but I got up a little later and the food was not worth eating. that was ok because there is a cracker barrel next door. I stay here every time my wife and I go looking for antiques.

It was awful! The fire alarm went off all night long. It went off 7 times from midnight to 7am. We got no sleep.

There was not much parking, the continental breakfast wasn't refilled, and there were noisy guests in my hallway at all hours and nothing was done about it despite my complaints. The first impression wasn't the best. People smoking outside gave a bad welcome. The lady behind the desk was professional. The room was clean, but I stood over the bed questioning if the sheets were truely fresh and clean. The bathtub didn't appear to be cleaned in months as the soap scumb had built up. our stay was fine. We were there for business and the hotel is a pet friendly hotel which allowed us to bring our dog.

There were some problems my bathroom was dirty and needed to be cleaned again , the pool was never open , there was only one ice machine in the lobby and every window seems to have a flood ought outside of it. Pool was closed for repair and we hadn't been told. The televisions had just been installed and not programed, some channels were not available. We were traveling with two small children and these issues were upsetting. No offer of a discount was made and the desk clerk tried to fix the TV but couldn't. I enjoyed my stay at Red Roof Inn. The rooms were clean, comfortable and I was glad for an elevator since I had my room on the 3rd floor.

The stay was ok. The price was good. The rooms were not insulated well to keep the road noise down and noise from other rooms, The bathroom was cramped and not easy to enter or leave. Other than that the location was great.

Very comfortable bed and a quiet room, with a fan that did not rattle but provided good white noise for a good night's sleep.

Very comfortable beds and rooms. The cleaning staff is great but they may start a little too early in my opinion. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been a little better but it is within walking distance to some good restaurants.

hotel was clean , but we booked 3 adults and had to ask for extra towels and necessigties and when we went down for breakfast most things were out and they didn't refill things and it was only 8:30 am. clerks seemed indifferent to anybody needs.

We were dropping our daughter off at college and we needed an overnight. The hotel was fine, clean etc. It was a bit difficult to find and the continental breakfast was more limited than other hotels we've experienced.

I enjoyed my stay, Red Roof Inn was very hospitable. Only thing I didn't care for was I always had to ask for the coffee refill, or milk. It was ready when u asked for it, but u still had to ask. The TV was very static in my room, not too clear. Also no EQUAL for the coffee. Some people do not like sweet n low or sugar.

Great value for the money. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Customer service front-desk was very friendly. It's close to hwy. and there are idling trucks parked out front/back, but you can't really hear much noise through windows, esp. not with A/C on. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds and pillows were comfortable, staff were friendly, only true negatives were the pool was not heated and there were dried urine drops on the toilet seat when I checked in. Apparently the toilet seat was forgotten when the room was cleaned (quite nasty, to say the least).

Well overall we paid to much for our stay. We paid more than the receipt stated. That is my biggest problem. The breakfast was bad. They did not replenish the milk or gravy at all and we were there to eat at 8am. The room had very little towels and shampoo and no conditioner. We really enjoyed our stay......the employees on duty on Saturday evening were extra nice.....they should remember me, I'm the one who had tire trouble on my car.....I was in and out of motel a lot, while waiting on tire repair company to come. Room was comfortable, and clean, Only minor problems 3 towels and 2 washcloths for four people. Refrigerator was too big for the cabinet it was in, so had to move each time it was used.

I was traveling through and was pretty tired. I stopped and tried to find a room in a nearby town, but everything was either full or way expensive. So I pulled into a McDonalds and booted up the old laptop. I found the Red Roof Inn in Springfield (OH). I got there late at night, and got checked right in. The room was clean, if a bit dated. Our stay at the hotel was awesome...there were minor flaws but nothing that would keep up from staying again. The Continential Breakfast could use ALOT OF WORK!!!! Needs more variety and Fresh Fruit...still nothing that would keep us from not staying again because Limestone offers Great variety of eats and treats plus there's a Kroger's down the street […] so you can never go wrong buying it yourself. Comfortable accommodations conveniently located just off I-70. Newly renovated. Breakfast was very basic, but the guest rooms and cost were great.

The only good thing about the stay was the ease of check-in and out. My son has pet allergies, but when I contacted someone within the hotel's organization she told me that the hotel didn't allow for pets. Imagine my anger to see many dogs staying at our hotel. When I asked the woman at the front desk, she not once apologized or offered to find us a […] different hotel; she simply wondered why the person would misinform me. I suppose they would rather have my money rather than allow my son to breathe freely. The breakfast consisted of stale bread, 2 types of cereal (Special K and Fruit Loops), some muffins of unknown origin, and some biscuits with gravy. My 3 kids were fine for 2 days, but they were tired of fruit loops by the 3rd morning. The shower had hair in it before we used it, and the hair on the bathroom floor (also not ours) stayed in the same spot the whole week we were in residence. When trying to use the peep-hole we found that it was blocked with some foil. To the dismay of my kids, the t.v. would jump from color to black-and-white, which was just annoying. Lastly, the internet service wasn't solid, so I kept loosing my connection and my work. On a positive note, there were 2 different restaurants within walking distance to the hotel so we could enjoy a hot breakfast. We will never stay at a Red Roof again! Baca selanjutnya
