"Good South Austin Hotel"
We booked this hotel because many of our activities were in south Austin. The staff was helpful with advising of area restaurants and even called us in the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was OK, a little on the soft side. "Many Ammenities"
My room had everything I could want except for in-room movies. Hairdryer, Iron, Microwave, Coffee, Cable, Clock. Very nice.

Great hotel, good location. Nice and clean. No great issues or major problems. Did have the water turned off for a couple of hours because of a problem with a pipe I believe, and it would have been nice to be notifed at the time it occurred. We found out only because we tried to use the sink and there was no water. No big problem, but it would have […] gone over alot better if the hotel would have notified the guests before they found out on their own. I was very surprised by this one. The hotel had mediocre reviews. For a specific reason, we needed to stay there. I was expecting the worst, but was pleasantly surprised by the stay. It's not brand new or anything. Front desk was not exceptionally helpful. The maid did not return one day after we asked her too while still dressing for the day. I was very pleased with the amenities at this hotel and made if very easy for me to check in. Monica helped on the phone before the trip and at the check in. She was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Very clean and easy to get to 6th st area.
"Family weekend"
Hotel is relatively new, so it is nice, but not fancy. Had King/Queen "suite". It's not really a suite and did not include a sofa bed, as listed on the website. Staff gave us a rollaway bed at no charge because of that. All in all, okay for the price.

no pool, no pay per-view,tv outdated.NO BAR. if your looking for place just to sleep this is the place. Hardly any staff to be seen at anytime.

"very satisfied"
The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. My bed was very soft and comfortable, just like home. My son fell asleep on the sofa. I was concerned that I had spent extra money for a nicer hotel and he slept on the sofa but he said he slept great and it was soft and comfy too. "Useful if you will be using the airport"
I use this hotel any time I am going to be flying out of the Austin-Bergstrom airport. It's rates are more reasonable than other places, and it is just as close. There isn't a lot nearby though, so there are probably better hotels to choose if you are in Austin for sightseeing purposes.
"Everything was fine except the noise"
The hotel was fine, but there were screaming kids (teenagers?) running in the halls late at night with apparently no supervision. We had to get up for an early flight, so it interrupted our sleep.

"Good hotel at a great price."
Veary nice hotel for the price. The free parking and airport shuttle were also veary nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that will be using the airport.
