Staff was excellent very nice and helpful. Very clean hotel exceeded my expectations. Nice clean hot tub that worked well. Very clean and comfortable room. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I had a comfortable stay, the hotel was very clean & over the course of the two nights spent there any discussion I had with the hotel staff was pleasant, nice group employed there. the hot breakfast was good on the first day.. but the second day it tasted like it had been there for awhile as the eggs were rubbery.

"Good Family Choice Outside of San Francisco"
We were visiting San Francisco and didn't want to pay two or three times the amount for a room half the size right in SF. Yes, it's about 30 minutes to downtown SF but not a bad ride and you get to go over the bay bridge--YOU WILL NEED A CAR. "Perfect Business Hotel"
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very nice and served it's purpose very well. It was very clean, the room was very comfortable, front manager was extremely nice. It is a great business hotel and cost half as much as the larger chain hotels. They also offered free breakfast (I didn't eat it though). I will be staying here every time […] I go to the East Bay area for work. I have a wireless card for my computer, and used that because the internet connection was pretty bad. The Breakfast staff was very active and attentive to the selection and the guests needs.
The Comfort Suites hotel in Castro Valley was a great location for us over the holidays - nicely located near family residences in the East Bay. This would be a convenient, comfortable stop on a business trip! The staff was very solicitous, and even chilled a large bottle of wine for us to bring to my family. Great choice!

"sleepless"
The experience was one of very noisey evening,I was awaken serveral times during the late evening,due to a graduation party or some type of celerbation,but needless to say it got very loud,I was temped to call the lobby and then it was peaceful and then it became loud again,But it wont take away from me staying there again,I just hope that it will […] peaceful.
