Took the kids there for spring break. Unfortunately there was a totally black out for the whole city that happened at about 6 pm and we were told was to go on until at least midnight. Asked the front desk if they comped the room or gave discount i was told flatly no, then asked if they had any flashlights for us-make it kinda of an adventure for the […] kids. they again said no. because they were not prepared for an emergency we had to leave early. they should be better prepared. could not stay in the dark with little ones. "Comfort Inn, Richfield, UT"
After reading reviews on hotels.com website, we were pleasantly surprised. Absolutely no negative comments on service or condition of accommodations. The only comment previously mentioned in earlier reviews I read was the noise of neighboring rooms and hallways due to less than desired insulation. These noises were not due to boisterous or guest behaviors, […] but normal activity such as water running in showers, talking, etc. Although it was very noticeable it was not totally objectionable since it was not continuous or intentional. "cute and affordable"
The hotel was a fair price. Very cute and nice rustic touches. Back of the hotel rooms have nice view of mountains. Very clean. Nice front desk people. Would definitely stay again.
"Everything was great except..."
Everything was great at the Richfield Comfort Inn except the wireless internet. It was very spotty and incredibly slow even when it could find a signal. I know it's only a comfort Inn, and it's free, but it was pretty close to false advertising as far as the free wireless was concerned. Other than that, absolutely great hotel.

From the first moment we arrived, you could tell the staff took a great deal of pride in making sure we had a comfortable and welcome stay.
