over priced and not particularly high quality. Rooms dark, our room was on ground floor and faced a wall, so it was a least very quiet. a little way out of town so not that convenient. breakfast room uninspiring, the pool is much smaller than the photos would lead you to believe. would not choose this hotel if other hotels were available.

On the whole this hotel was excellent - the only downside was the service from the staff - they were friendly and polite, but terribly slow. This, I feel, was down to inadequate training. Overall though, the hotel was very good, in a great location, and with good access to everything.

As we arrived late, parked in the hotel carpark but moved to street for the rest of the stay to avoid extra parking charges. Room was large and confortable. Decor and fittings a little worn and tired. hate shower curtains over the bath - might just of been our room. Room cleaned each day to a high standard, Nice large windows in room which let in lots […] of light, curtains thick when drawn so you can sleep in. Hotel pool nice. Didnt eat at any of the restuarants as very expensive and cheaper places with more atmosphere a 5 minute walk. Supermarket just down the road to avoid using room bar for water (5 euros) Tried to get a drink on the roof terrace in the evening but restuarant staff said restuarant was closed - wasnt that late. Park on the street ! Once inside the underground hotel car park you have to pay 20E to get out. Otherwise a good hotel.

Hotel clean, comfortable. Food good. Most staff pleasant. Some could be more friendly. Restaurant staff nice. Rooms not 4 star, 3 star. Bed good tho. "Sea view" rooms, not real sea view. Should not advertise as such. Not worth it, no view without neck strain out the window. Roof top bar/pool very good. This makes the hotel. Gym very small. The check in was very friendly. The pool on the roof complete with restaurant and bar was spectacular. That alone was the most impressive part of the hotel. The views at sunset were very amazing. Overall, the rooms were clean and quiet. Unfortunately our group of four were put on the first floor because the hotel was supposedly full. The view out the […] window to the rear was hideous. The hotel didn't seem too full, but this is common practice at all of the Raddison Blu Hotels that I have been to. This was pretty disappointing. Over all, a good hotel. I stay over 95 or more nights a year at hotels and would use this hotel again, but not the first floor if I was staying more than one night. Baca selanjutnya

I was extremely disappointed by the service at this hotel. The staff was rude and not at all helpful. I called reception to ask if they had any umbrellas for guests. The response was a quick no and then a dial tone. When I returned to the hotel that evening, the doors were locked. I had to try and find a doorbell after which I was greeted by someone […] from security. He acted like I had woken him up and my arrival posed a great inconvenience to him. At the terrace bar, I waited 40 minutes for a plate of raw vegetables. This hotel is not worth the price. The rooms are spacious, but with extremely outdated decor. I will never stay here again. We needed a hotel at short notice so booked this a couple of hours before arriving and it was pleasant enough. The only disappointment was that the room service menu offered only cold meals after 10pm. Hotel parking was also expensive..

I was very happy with all aspects of this fine hotel near the center of town in Biarritz. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What's not to like about room service serving French food? A few items seemed pricy, such as water and coffee at the lobby bar, but there are many nice local places to enjoy the same for less. Confort acceptable, mais prix élevé en regard de la qualité des prestations. Chambre au Rez de chaussé... Chambre propre, mais minibar particulièrement bruyant, et Salle de Bain indigne d'un 4* : on retrouve les mêmes prestations (sauf peut-être le peignoir de bain) dans des établissements moitié moins chers. Vue sur la ville ? En réalité face à un […] mur. L'hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville, même si c'est faisable à pied. Parking onéreux, et seul le -1, à la taille ridicule, où règne un parfait capharnaüm, est desservi par un ascendeur. S'armer de courage pour accéder à la plage en contrebas. Petit déjeuner HONTEUX : 23 € pour des viennoiseries industrielles, et personnel particulièrement bruyant et peu serviable. Le personnel du soir, bien que débordé, reste souriant mais peu diplomate. Faire un geste commercial à la table d'à côté pour le délai de service, c'est bien. Mais le faire discrètement... Ou offrir le même geste. Baca selanjutnya

Hög standard och trevlig tillmötesgående personal. Rekommenderas å det varmaste. Betala inte extra för havsutsikt dock då rummen inte vetter direkt mot havet och balkon ger saknas.

muy comoda la estancia

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, rien a dire sur le rapport qualité prix, sauf les suppléments assez chers (petit déjeuner a 23 € et parking a 20 €). La piscine sur le toit est très agréable. J'y retournerai.

Non hotel guest come an use the roof top swimmingpool. Hotel clean and convenient but has no charm at all. Everything cost extra and it expensive. A small bottle of evian in minibar, 5 €, parking 20 €
