The biggest downside is the length of time it takes to reach the resport. It's a 2 hour ferry from Krabi or Phuket and then you have to take a long boat or stay on the ferry for another hour. It was pretty exhausting. The resport itself is beautiful, the rooms are a little basic, but we did have wifi. Make sure you hike up to the sunset bar at the top […] of the hill, we only stayed one night and didn't realize it was there so we missed the sunset which can only be seen from the bar because it sets on the opposite side of the island. The staff & location are great. We rented a beach bungalow & you walk out of your place to the beach right in front of you. The restaurants have great food. The buffet every night gives you plenty to choose from. You can't leave the resort unless you take a boat.

This is a nice place to get away. we stayed in patong on phuket for week before this so it was definitely nice to get away. i wouldnt stay here if you want to go do more than rent a boat for the day because there isn't a whole lot to do other than that. three days on this island was perfect.

This hotel is ranked #2 on the island but there are few hotels to choose from. For starters you have to take a rickety boat to the island off the ferry. The staff is very pleasant and greet you with cool towels and a drink. The rooms however were very hot (no air turned on) and very outdated. Bathroom was old and floors were parquet. Run down hotel requiring major upgrades to be considerd 4 stars. Staff are generally impolite, though this may be a product of needing to live at work full time. Most costs are overpriced comparitively. Breakfast is fine, though quality of lunch and dinner was poor. Not too much alternative though to this hotel. Phi Phi in general is polluted and over […] populated. Coral is mostly dead and underwhelming, though possible to still relax on some nice beaches in the vacinity. We have read many previous reviews about this hotel before we booked our stay and we have no understanding for the frequent negative reviews from other guests. We were highly satisfied and will clearly recommend this place. The location is perfect if you want to relax, enjoy the wonderful beach and do boat tours for snorkeling, diving or sightseeing. […] We booked three different rooms and they were all perfectly maintained and clean. The service was excellent in all facilities: restaurant, reception, dive center, boat tour center, spa, etc. We are frequent travellers and have seen many good hotels across Asia. You will certainly find restaurants with more exciting food or hotels with a more fascinating interior design, but the overall experience at this hotel compared to the price was really good. It is certainly the wrong place if you search for exciting nightlife and a variety of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The only bad thing,wich might not be a problem for others, is the one key policy. I think every hotel should give two keys out to costumers especially on a beach location like this where you come and go to your room often.

hotel is small and in the middle of the forest on that island. good restaurant, good view, clear water, sand was kind of rocky and dirty... teh room was great, each room is in a bungalow. only way to leave the island is by water taxi so be prepapre to pay about 30 bux to get to tonsai village ( main area with shopping ) cuz there is nothing to do at […] the island at night. o yea mosquitoes galore! This is a great hotel to go and relax it's got great views of the ocean, a private beach and beautiful bungaloos. The food is good and the staff are really friendly, had a great time. The transportation from the phi phi pier to the hotel should be better organized because it is a bit far and there isn't much information.

The only complaint I have is the hotel rooms are little dated for the price you pay (the bathroom mainly). It would seem the hotel is cashing in on the location of the hotel, which is absolutely amazing, and is not bothering with keeping it's hotel rooms updated. The hotel is in a fairly exclusive part of Phi Phi so food prices are a little high (to […] be expected) but there are some cheap'ish restaurants. I don’t do reviews usually and certainly never wrote a bad one, but this hotel left such a sour taste that I feel I must say something. To avoid a long review, here are some of the highlights: Staff downright harasses guests, very unwelcoming environment. We rented four (4) beachfront bungalows and regretted every minute of it. Its obvious that staff […] is trained to do things they hate like wash the sand off your feet when you first arrive. We felt quite uncomfortable when a lady who obviously hated her job was pouring water on our feet. They kept calling our rooms from 8PM-12:05AM until they reached someone live and woke us up just to tell us that check-out time tomorrow is at 11:30. When we requested late check out we were bargained with: «I can give you one room checkout at 12. How about 2 rooms check out at tweleve. That’s the best we can do…» Also, staff gladly refers guests to what they call «gypsy» boats (uninsured, old boats that can crash any moment) whenever they can, vs using a hotel insured vessel. P.S. There are no roads that lead to this resort, it is completely isolated from the rest of the world, so you WILL have to get a boat every time you want to go to a shop, ATM machine or a better place to eat. In any case, there are other resorts to choose from on the islands of Phi Phi and I say make your choices wisely. I have no personal vendettas against this place, nor am I trying to deadvertise anyone. If this hotel takes some major steps toward eliminating the root of the problems vs masking the symptoms, it has a chance to succeed. I guess lessons should be learned by all, myself included. The resort was great, no doubt about it. The only downside is it is at the far end of the island from Ton Sai, where all the restaurants and bars are, and can be difficult and expensive to travel between the two. You can't count on a long tail boat to take you between the two once it gets dark and you can pretty much forget walking, much less a taxi […] or bike, as the trail is about 2 feet wide, dirt and overgrown by jungle for much of it. We loved this place, we rented a long boat for a day right off the beach, dont use the hotel service, you can get a better deal from bargaining with the locals, we spent 35.00 usd and had the boat and guide for 6 hours snorkeling and visiting all to cool beaches and other islands. The hotel was great too, the food was good, and the beach was fun.

Not a good place for singles. No TV. I had to ask 3 times to get my air conditioner fixed. Electricity went off twice while there. Food was fair but not really good for the cost. Grounds where clean. Friendly staff. Drinks where good but pricey. Location was far from Phi Phi Don villiage with only two trips a day to shop at the villiage. 在背面几个酒店中环境属于最好的，但是由于是热带，刚入住时房间里还是有挺多蚊子，我们把空调温度打底，点了酒店里的蚊香和自带的蚊香，到睡觉时基本没有蚊子打扰。酒店内餐饮较普吉岛贵50%左右，但还可以接受，与国内4星酒店价格差不多。

位置很不错海水很蓝很清，适合全家一起旅行,酒店早餐很贵不值得吃，交通来往Phi phi Town 非常贵！不过住两天还是值得的，日落酒吧欣赏日落很美！

我们入住的海景房，景色非常好，酒店的环境也很好。房间设施不错，就是卫生间较陈旧，而且不能免费上网，入住的是3人，可提供的洗漱用具只有两套。房价有些昂贵。令人惊喜的是有中文前台。

很舒服惬意，非常喜欢，比通赛湾不晓得好了多少多少倍。就是因为是旺季有点小贵。。。

風景無敵，不論海景或夕陽，在飯店都能一覽無遺 但水裡有水母，還有怕蚊蟲的人千萬不要去 房間有點舊，房間和廁所都發霉和霉味 但服務還很好 結論就是，習慣高檔行程的人不要去 要不風景是美到值得一行

每个房间都是个独立的小屋，坐在小屋前面的阳台上感觉很惬意。 服务人员都很亲切。 沙滩椅、日落酒吧的视野风景都很好！ 酒店旁边有个小村子，里面水手和餐厅，比酒店提供的便宜点呵呵。当然酒店提供的更好些。 下次还会来。

酒店设施一般，但对于小岛酒店已经是很不错了，出行不太方便，适合休闲蜜月。

ピピ島の中心にあるトンサイ湾からは少しはなれていますが、プレイベートビーチでのんびり過ごすには最高の場所です。以前もこのホテルに泊まりましたが、全室コテージタイプなので、雰囲気も良いです。 シャワーの出がちょっと弱いけど、不自由を感じるほどではありません。 インターネットは、以前は24時間200バーツ位だったと思いますが、（1回繋ぐとそこから24時間カウントされていましたが）今回は、1時間100,2時間200, 24時間420という感じでした。しかも一旦接続を切るとカウントも止まるので、有効に使えます。 でもすごく遅いです。^^;

整体来说还是很不错的。就是餐厅的服务态度很一般，大概是服务费包含到餐费里的原因，不用要小费的原因吧。哈哈。沙滩环境挺不错的。

在holiday inn 的两天使我们假期最欢乐的日子，很幸运的入住 No.101 bungalow，完美的景观和舒适的客房让人不舍的离去，下次一定还要去滴

Per raggiungere il resort bisogna arrangiarsi e non costa poco. Ma arrivati li il posto é magnifico e il servizio é fantastico.

酒店环境优美，设施齐备，服务良好！这次带着老人和孩子出行也没有感觉不方便。下次还会入住。

酒店位于PP北部，站在海滩抬头就能看到不远处的蚊子岛和竹子岛，酒店购物方面不是很方便，只有一个小卖铺，吃饭也比较贵，早中晚都是自助餐每人650++，但每周四晚会有一次399++的特价，建议住店的亲们备足干粮，此外出行方面主要靠船，如果坐长尾船去通塞湾需要1000铢，做大船的话每天只有两班船200铢一个人，来回400铢。海景房出门就是海滩，在跨出几步就是海了，山景房可以看日落，各有千秋，但房费是比较贵的，适宜度蜜月的亲们，闲暇时租条长尾船到对面的蚊子岛浮潜，再到竹子岛的沙滩上晒晒太阳，爽啊！！！！！！！

其实他家最大的卖点是环境好风景灵~~环境确实好啊~~那水~~南部根本比不了的~~酒店的设施还好吧~卫生间的设备一般般~~出去要坐船~周边也没什么吃的地方~~不过风景大过天~~晚上再沙滩边散步写大字还是很有FEEL的~~不过要小心蚊子哦~~超多超热情啊。。。

酒店环境很好，服务从坐船到check in都很人性化，舒适到位。就是旁边吃的贵了点，酒店深处的沙滩人少，但是不及正门的沙滩沙那么柔软。酒店适合多住几天，慢慢享受，这边出海去的蚊子岛竹子岛，不及玛雅岛那边好。

We noted that was my honeymoon, and we got flower, fruit, and front sea garden room. It's great that we got warm service. 酒店前面的海滩非常漂亮，出了酒店就能看到竹子岛和蚊子岛。向南不远是浮潜的好地方。 酒店服务也很好，环境超级棒。泳池不错，就是稍微小了点。

C'est hôtel est coupé du reste du monde donc génial pour ce reposer mais attention si vous êtes français et ne parlez pas très bien anglais ou thail car tout est 3 fois plus cher que sur le reste de l'île et le personnel ne fera pas l'effort pour vous comprendre, vous êtes ici pour consommer et vous reposer sans bruit. Une odeur dans les chambres reste […] très gênante ainsi que celle des sanitaires même apres les avoir nettoyer moi même. Vous commandez une bungalow sur la plage, sachez que ça correspond à voir la plage de sa chambre mais pas systématiquement sur le frond de plage. Nous avions réservé 7 jours et sommes resté que 5 en payant 7 biensur. Cet hôtel reste particulièrement cher par rapport aux hôtel de qualité supérieur et sur la même île. Je voyagai avec mes deux filles de 8 et 11 ans et sommes malgré cette moyenne aventure très content d'etre venu sur cette île paradisiaque. Baca selanjutnya

Hotellet ligger fredeligt, langt fra Tonsai, hvor nattelivet er. Smuk strand, udemærket pool og gode faciliteter. Priser på mad og drikkevarer er noget højere end inde i Tonsai, hvor konkurrencen er meget hårdere. Pool-servicen er dog ikke noget at skrive hjem om, men generelt venligt og smilende personale. hotel situé sur une plage de rêve, Nous avions pris un bungalow jardin, au calme et très confortable. Personnel très sympatique qui s'occupe de tout... Petit déjeuner buffet très copieux et très varié. Le restaurant du bord de la plage est succulent. Il y a également des restaurants à 50m environ au village gitan. Même à marais basse, on peut se baigner. […] Possibilité depuis l'hotel de faire de la plongée ou de louer un bateau pour visiter les iles aux alentours. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hotel.
