We stayed over while on our way home. We got there about 9 at night and there were a bunch of basketball teams there for the state playoffs. I was so impressed with how well behaved those ladies were and how well the hotel staff took care of everyone. Super friendly and the hotel was very clean and nice. They had gone up to our room to turn a light […] on and turn the heat on before we got there which was awesome. The breakfast buffet was great too. Omelets custom made in front of you. Ham, eggs, potatoes, 2 types of waffle batter, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit. More than you could ever ask for. We will be staying here again. And the beds were very comfortable as well. We stayed at this hotel in spokane vally and were very disappointed when we came back from shopping all day and found that my bed had not been made just a note that said that as there were personal things on it it would not be done " an empty bag was at that time on it" so I looked on Expedia and on sheet left in room for there polices and could not […] find that anywhere buy but I did findin meny places that there moto is if you are not happy just let the desk know and they will make it right so I took the letter left to me and the letter that is left in each room down to the desk the girl who was working there told me she would talk to housekeeping in the morning so back up stairs I went to make my own bed and go to sleep .Next time I will spend the ???.?? Thus was by far one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. The biggest impact was friendliness of every person that worked there. Not one person did not smile and all how we were doing and it was a warm smile. I got the sense that they were there because they wanted to be. I'm staying here for 2wks. while I work in the area and am very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort of the bed, staff is very pleasant and helpful. There is free Wi-fi (which works well#, free parking, easy access to freeway, nice indoor pool, hot tub, and small exercise room. The breakfast #which is included) offers a very good variety and one of […] the best "extras" is the homemade soup and cookies every evening. The only "down-side" I can think of is the freeway noise. "Excellent Plus!"

This hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible! The staff were so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in the Spokane area! The noise level from the freeway and the trains,kept me awake.I swear a train whistle blew my ears out three times during the night. Too bad,as the hotel was clean,and the staff were professional,and friendly.The complementary breakfast was very good also. "One night stop, a success !!!!"
Upon arriving at Spokane, we found our hotel quite easy with their map as a guide. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We had to go shopping, and the girls at the front desk were awesome. Directed us right to the shopping centre. After shopping, there were so many restaurants and service stations in our vicinity, it was easy to pick a place for supper, […] and gas up our vehicles for the ride ahead. After a great supper, it was back to the hotel for a swim. Beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. This was one clean hotel. Friendly staff, and great service.
