I used a credit I received from hotels.com to pay for my room. There was a mishap and according to the employee I had to pay the difference or get kicked out of the hotel. She never offered to call hotels.com to sort things. I had to call myself to figure outwhat happened.

Great stay! Just a few miles from Trader's Village. Went to the Alamo and River Walk before checking into motel. Parking by the Alamo is expensive ($8.00). The River Walk boat tour was great! Trader's Village is a shopper's paradise with over 1000 vendors, food and rides for the kids. A must see when in San Antonio!

This is the worst Super 8 that I have ever stayed in. It took 3 days to get the bath room lite fixed. I'm still trying to figure out how they cleaned with out a light. I reported the light and they indicated that I was using the wrong switch. Tv had only about 15 channels and several were very poor. I rated this hotel this low just because the service was not there, no towels or sanitation to the restrooms weren't done plus we had to call out for service that they were going to do. Overall the stay was good

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, COOL, HAD ICE, COFFEE, AND PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM FOR BREAKFAST. HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. IT DID HAVE A IRON AND IRONING BOARD. THERE WAS NOT A SOAP OPERA CHANNEL. IN THE MORNING THERE WERE PEEL BUGS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. HAD TO BE CAREFUL NOT TO STEP ON THOSE. I HAD A FIRST FLOOR ROOM. PARKING WAS NICE. THE HOTEL […] WAS EASY TO GET TO FROM THE HIGHWAY. OVERALL, I WOULD STAY AGAIN. BUT, I WILL BRING FOOD THAT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE HEATED. Baca selanjutnya

The room was not clean, in the restroom there was cloth from other people and in the bathtub there was hair from other people as well hanging on the walls and even in the floor and during in the night me and my friends killed 4 big roaches, first time in my life that something like this happened to me in a motel, never going back to stay there because […] when I complained they didn't do anything and looked like they didn't care. We went there for Sea World and the hotel is close to the park, but it is in terrible shape. The first room was in such disrepair with a cracked, filthy, vinyl tub, mold, damp like sheets, and unvacuumed carpet, we had to ask for another room. The second room was handicapped accessability. Our stay was very unpleasant. There is a bad bug problem. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned to stay a second unexpected day, the same dead bugs were stiil there when we got back that night. my family did not enjoy our stay with this hotel. the services was very bad did not fell save, had to switch rooms twice, at this point just stayed in the last room, remote on tv did not work my aunt also stayed in an other room at this hotel and felt the same way. sorry

We travel a lot and often stay at Super 8 motels. We have always had good experiences until we got to this one. But this one is far below the standard I've come to expect. I mistakenly booked a smoking room but we were able to get a change of rooms. The new room was set up for a disabled person, but that was OK. What wasn't OK was the overall dinginess […] of the motel and the room itself. Most of all, the door to the room would only open half the way before getting stuck on the carpet. Hade problem med bokningen och kvinnan var inte speciellt hjälpsam. Sämre frukost än vanligt men rummen var ok och nära sea world om man ska dit. Många restauranger i närheten.
