Super 8 Tulsa Ok - Tulsa

First time I ever had to put down a cash deposit on a prepaid room. Room was very dirty, food particles on furniture, cracked bathtub, loose wires hanging from AC unit, and breakfast was a continental joke. Three pieces of equipment in exercise room and two were broken.

The staff was a little on the grouchy side. I had appointment at 3PM and wanted to freshen up and check in before having to go to the meeting. I had to wait at least 30 minutes for them to have one available. It was 2:40PM before I was able to get to my room. The next morning, I was getting things gathered together when the phone rings. It was front […] desk wanted to know if I was staying another night and check out time was at 11 AM. It was 10 min till 11! When I was leaving, I took the key card back to the desk. There I had to wait in order to have my room "inspected" before I could get my deposit back! During that time, other people were getting a room and could get into the room at 11:20AM. The staff was great on giving directions to resturants. Very friendly to my kids, they loved the indoor pool.

I know that Super 8 provides there customers with more at breakfast time I was up many times at 7am and waiting till breakfast was over Mrs. Patel only put 2 yogurts out the rest she took to her room for private use. What a shame she did that does not look good for hotel customers

Hotel needs updating. Rooms dreary. I was in a non-smoking room and the hallways had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. Access doors were missing locks and slammed. Not impressed at all.

Our sheets had 'blood spots' on them for starters and of course they changed the sheets but wouldn't change rooms. The manager was ABSOLUTELY rude and unwilling to help when I complained about the room that night as well as the next day. I requested a room change which they had available, but she specifically said that she has no desire to make things […] right. UNBELIEVABLE!! Had personal items stolen out of my car in the parking lot. Hotel was very rude in regards to theft. Would not allow to rebook due to the fact that we had been stolen from at thier hotel.

We stayed at the super 8 in Tulsa. In our room it smelled old and muskie. Even thou we've had to take smoking rooms before. This one just reeked of it. The lightning in the room was very poor. I understand saving the environment and energy. But this was due to old lights and old lamp shades. Then in the morning when we we're woken up by the manger out […] side of someones door YELLING and cursing very loudly. We saw dried BLOOD on the ceiling in different places. This is a low budget motel. It was perfect for me. A low price but a clean room. I was very satisfied. If you are looking for a classy place, this is not it. The room had everything I needed including a microwave and small refrigerator. Everything worked fine.

My family and I really enjoyed our 3 day stay for the price we paid. My children enjoyed the pool and the heated spa area. Customer Service was great. I would most likely book this hotel again in the near future for my visits to the Tulsa area for the right price. The breakfast was the only thing I had a problem with. we stayed at this motel as a family weekend getaway our first night there the hallway smelled like someone was smoking weed however our room was very clean. I reserved this motel for the indoor pool for my boys, I was very disappionted it was a very small pool, not much bigger than our room. and the hot tub was sooo hot we couldn't even use it

Although we didn't get the room we had booked.. that wasn't the fault of the hotel.. but of the service online, the hotel itself was great. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The breakfast was not so great but all in all not bad for the price.

Location of the hotel is great, right off Broken Arrow Expressway. You can easily get back on the expressway or follow the road through the industrial park behind the hotel to get onto 71st Street...a very popular and busy area. Check-In was very easy on arrival, people at the desk were friendly and offer a number of brochures and such about the surrounding […] area...including a map that was valuable. Hotel is set out odd, some rooms with outside doors and some opening to inside hallways. Parking lot is to the left side of the building as you enter, there is some walking required. This was a little uncomfortable do to the weather and wind, but otherwise would not have been an issue. Rooms themselves are nothing special. They were clean upon arrival and cleaned well each morning. Rooms need some upkeeping in terms of paint and such in places, but the hotel was a great value for the cost. There were some issues with my room, such as the door being a little off-center and a large gap at the bottom right side that led to the hallway light shining into my room all night. The indoor pool area was up and running, as several kids were taking advantage of it. It was a nice thing to have considering the frigid weather outside. The first night the heater did not work in our room. It took forever to get a room change. The second night there were kids running and screaming all over the hotel. Front desk and the owner's who live on the property were of no help when asked. I did not have much for expectations when I got this hotel for a super cheap online special... It is an older super 8, in OK condition, it shows its age but was clean. The breakfast was sparse, but I didn't expect much for the price of the hotel. Although Shiloh's resturant next door was phenominal! If your looking for a inexpensive place to stay […] fairly close to the East side of down town this is your place. We had two rooms. One room was fine but the other room had mouse droppings in the sheets. I suppose the room had not been used for a while. Also, check out was at 11:00.
