This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had and I travel ALOT...the staff were incredibly nice and helpful...good location...Cleveland ROCKS and felt safe walking around at night no problems...great hotel, awesome staff

My Fiancee' and I were attending the Moon Dog Coronation at The Q and this was the ideal hotel to stay at. It was relaxing and very friendly. Would come back if another event is scheduled in the area there. Thanks!

Hotel close to The Q for the MAC bketball game we went to. Downtown nice we enjoyed restaurants. Hotel has free shuttle, make sure you verify what time it ends. We were told 111pm and at 10 they we done. We walked, it was ok,bout 15 min from Q.

friendly front desk and housekeeping folks. Sink's Faucet leaky when in use. But in the spirit of the home of the Rock n roll Hall of Fame ... "I will survive" ... as the song goes.

Our room was over-booked & we had NO room to stay in even though we had confirmed reservations. We had to take a smoking room which was a problem due to the smokey smell. No apologies and no compensatiion were offered. -The shower was backed up -The bed was as hard as a board(woke up with a horrible backache) -The drape in the room didn't close all […] the way & the bright sunlight woke us all up in the morning(had to pin it shut ourselves) -The comforter on the bed came out of the cover and was a mess after just one night(we ended up throwing it on the floor) Baca selanjutnya

Enjoyed everything about the hotel, but the most outstanding thing was the customer service. Everyone at the front desk, in the restaurant, and especially the shuttle drivers were friendly and efficient .

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and room was nice size and clean. Pool was a little on the cold side though for winter time.

Great Hotel , location clean rooms all around recommended for a downtown cleveland event visit...... staff needs to explain breakfast options more clearly so guests understand there is a breakfast buffett OR menu available....not a big deal tho

Perfect location for going to a game at Progressive Field! Short walk to restaurants downtown -- parking is expensive but you can't really find free parking in Cleveland.

We stayed here on New Year's Eve, and had a wonderful stay. We and primarily every guest was there for both the holiday and Browns-Steelers game the next day. The staff was exceptional, and the common area and restaurant were simply awesome. The room couldn't have exceeded my expectations any more. I have never slept on a bed so comfortable in my life. When checking into hotel was hit with 16the dollar parking fee. Then go into room and there are black hairs in the tub and wash cloths. We were very dissatisfied all around.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel with our children because we went to Disney on Ice at the Q. We wanted a hotel close to the Q with a pool, so the kids could swim. Upon checking in, a little early, the staff was VERY pleasant and informative. They were all very cheerful and upbeat. We went to the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner, while waiting for the […] valet to bring our car back, the hotel staff flagged us down asking if we needed a ride back to the hotel. At that point we had NO idea a shuttle service was offered, let alone having the staff go out of her way to ask if we needed a ride when we had never even called or anything! The only reason I didn't give the hotel a straight 5-stars is because we opted for the shuttle service to take us to the Q for the show and pick us up. The hotel staff got delayed on the other side of town, so the hotel scheduled another service to come pick us up. The man who picked us up made us walk about a block to meet him, which I wasn't thrilled about doing in downtown Cleveland with two 7 year-old children. Also, there was construction going on behind the hotel ALL night long. This was, of course, no fault of the hotels, but the ratings asked about the neighborhood. Working in the customer service industry I KNOW good service, and we experienced nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from the staff during our stay!! We will reserve with them again in the future!! I felt like I need to keep my flip flops on the whole time.. And the curtains were a week attempt to block out sunshine.

Front Staff were great, hotel room was comfy, close walk to downtown, Football & Baseball games. I would come again

This hotel is a block from Progressive field - where The Cleveland Indians play! Good breakfast buffet and Harvey's bar off lobby. $16/day for parking a little steep but the courtesy shuttle will take you almost anywhere - Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science Center, Brown Stadium. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 4 days while stying in town for Indians games. When we arrived we were put in a smoking room because that was all they had left. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room. They put an air purifier in the room while we were at the game but it didn't help. We were miserable the entire night as we are both non-smokers who have allergies. […] The next day the hotel did a great job of getting us moved to a non-smoking room. We immediately noticed the difference. We thanked them several times for the move. I am surprised that they still allow smoking in the hotel, as most in that area have banned it. This hotel is very close to Progressive Field and has a great restaurant. Their breakfast buffet was very good. All in all, definitely would recommend and would definitely stay again. The pool water was cloudy and the pool was not very big. Guests did not watch out for other swimmers, very unsafe. Close to the ball field. Ice machine does not work on the 9th floor.

I booked this hotel online for the convenience of its location to Progressive Field. I had no idea how this hotel would exceed my expectations! The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel amenities were terrific ...one of the most comfy beds ever! The breakfast buffet was included in our mean and you could order pancakes, waffles, […] omelettes and other special cook to order items. I had booked to have a Non-Smoking, King bed room, and when I got there, they gave me a Smoking, Double Queen room. They stated that since I booked with a third party that their policy is that they can give you whatever room they have, not the room you booked. They had zero non-smoking rooms available and pretty much told me to deal with it. They offered […] to run an ozone treatment to help with the smell, but it didn't work. I ended up buying a bottle of febreeze and using the whole thing just so I could breathe in the room. It is really close to Progressive Field, but not worth it at all. Baca selanjutnya

Great experience at this Hilton. We were in town for an Indians game and the hotel is a block from the stadium. Since it was a Sunday afternoon game, we arrived in town around noon. We called and asked if we could at least park at the hotel since we had reservations that night. The clerk told us we could just check in. It saved us about $20 because […] we were able to park at the hotel and just pay their parking fee instead of having to pay two fees like we would have it we parked in a different lot for the game. The room was clean and comfortable. We passed out and slept easily through the night even though we were right next to the elevator. You have in and out privileges with parking and the hotel is blocks away from most of Cleveland's major attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in town for an Indians or Cavs game. We will most definitely use this hotel next time we go to Cleveland. Baca selanjutnya

Half a block from cleveland indians progressive field. slow toilet and show head hit wall. Good breakfast at reasonable price.

This was my second visit to this hotel. I returned because of the great stay I had a year ago. The staff are all very friendly and accomodating. Most everything is in good condition. The lobby of the hotel is very nice. Had the breakfast buffet last visit, so I skipped it this time as it is not very good. But most breakfast buffets arent very good. […] The bartender at Harveys bar is fantastic, actually the same bartender I had a year ago. One drawback was that the pool was a little cloudy, so I did not get to go for a swim. Another is that the hotel is a little pricey, but it is in the downtown area so it should not be that much of a suprise. I would recommend this hotel. Baca selanjutnya

This hotel looks nice and is clean. The front desk attendant was very welcoming. The bed was amazingly comfortable, but for a Hilton it was nothing to shout about. The bar had last call before 10:30, not a big deal. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom. So showering and then trying to do my make up and my hair proved to be challenging. The pool/spa […] area is tiny for so many guests. But the last straw for us was on our way to leave, we were approached by people "needing money" to get home and a guy who just wanted to help us "to our car." we embarked ona 10 city, 11 ballpark trip and chose this hotel for the proximity to Progressive Field. It is a short 5 minute walk, right across the street. Lovely room and decor, fridge, microwave, internet, pool, hottub, no continental breakfast, parking $16 per night, very cordial front desk staff. The location is extremely convenient being near to Jacobs Field (now Progressive Field) & the arena (now Quicken Loans arena). The room was comfortable, clean & really nice. The low points are the parking fee you are charged to park in their lot behind the hotel & the lack of affordable breakfast options. I understand the reasoning behind the parking, […] with the lot being so close to these sports venues. They are looking to make money off of parking since you are basically taking the place of a paying "parking lot" customer. That doesn't mean I agree with it. The only other disappointment was the lack of a complimentary breakfast. Even muffins and bagels would have been something. The restaurant in the lobby charges quite a bit for the breakfast buffet. Best breakfast advice: hit the Subway across the street for a cheaper alternative. Took my kids to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and stayed here - it was FAB! We would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and modern and the service was the best. Very friendly front desk and cleaning staff, quick check in, etc. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was one of my favorites. Also very convenient to RRHOF and the freeway.
