Bersantai di pantai persendirian tempat peranginan kondominium. Harta tanah Summer Bay Resort mempunyai taman air, 5 kolam renang terbuka dan 4 tab spa. Harta tanah ini juga mempunyai gelanggang tenis terbuka dan kemudahan kecergasan.Akses internet wayarles percuma terdapat di kawasan awam. Kemudahan perniagaan di hotel 3.5-bintang ini termasuk pusat perniagaan 24 jam, bilik mesyuarat untuk kumpulan kecil dan peralatan pandang dengar. Tempat peranginan kondominium mesra keluarga ini menawarkan restoran, bar tepi kolam dan bar/deli snek. Kakitangan boleh menguruskan bantuan pelancongan/tiket, penyajian acara dan perkhidmatan perniagaan. Kemudahan tambahan di harta tanah Art Deco ini termasuk kolam kanak-kanak, meja pekerja rencam dan bilik arked/permainan. Tempat letak kenderaan tetamu adalah percuma.

525 bilik tamu berhawa dingin di Summer Bay Resort termasuklah pembuat kopi/teh dan pengering rambut. Televisyen dilengkapi dengan saluran kabel premium , pemain DVD dan filem berbayar. Bilik disediakan dengan akses internet wayarles. Semua unit mempunyai ketuhar gelombang mikro dan peti sejuk. Bilik air ditawarkan dengan gabungan pancuran/tab mandi dan kelengkapan tandas percuma. Kemudahan tambahan termasuk papan seterika/menyeterika dan radio jam.
Bayaran tetamu tambahan boleh dikenakan dan berbeza-beza mengikut dasar hotel.

This is the third time we've stayed at Summer Bay Resort. It is a lovely place to stay and play. The pools are heated, which is a wonderful feature! I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. I thought the floors could have been cleaner. The rest of the condo was pretty clean.

"Summery Bay Resort in Clermont, FL"
Summery Bay resort is a beautiful resort filled with plenty of activities for the entire family. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, there was one concern that we had. Our door did NOT have a dead bolt or additional lock. Consequently, if anyone pulled on the door handle, the door would automatically UNLOCK. At about 3:00am on one of the […] nights we were there, my 18 month old opened the door and went outside and locked herself out. It was very scary for us and we were so blessed that a neighbor heard her outside and our baby pointed to our door so the neighbor knocked on our resort door and all was well. This could have ended horribly and we count our blessings that the trip was still a good one. I would recommend to Summer Bay Resort that a child proof lock be established on the front door since this is a family oriented place. We had to place a chair against the door for the remainder of the trip, for fear that when we would go to the restroom that our baby would open the door again. Baca selanjutnya

"$15/DAY FOR MAID SERVICE $5/DAY FOR TOWELS??"
This place is a joke....We didn't mind that it was off the beaten path, but we went there for the kids pool. Here is my review of this place: - No airconditioned dining...really? - Charging for maid and towel service...come on... - Our AC was broken, we called, went to dinner, came back w sleeping toddler to no AC.... - Pools were as warm as bath water.... - […] Kids play pool (main reason we stayed here) has half of the stuff broken...doesn't look like they plan to repair anything soon... - we had to fight to get out of our second night stay - Hotels.com took care of us! "Good stay at crossroads of US 27 & Hwy 192"
The Summer Bay Resort was a lovely place to stay for a few days. The only negative issue we had with the resort was not realizing that it is a time share property when booking it on hotels.com. 10 minutes after arriving in our room at 3 p.m., we received a phone call from the salesman inviting us to a special breakfast. My husband stated, 'No, thank […] you. We're not interested.' Missed a call later that evening while we were out for dinner. Two more calls the next morning- which we did not answer. The third time the phone rang, my husband answered and received the same "offer". At that point, my husband unplugged the phone connection. Nice place to stay - if you unplug your phone. This is not a full-service resort. Basically, one and two-bedroom condos, which are lovely, comfortable units for lodging with full kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We were not headed to the WDW parks this trip, so the location was perfect for us - away from most of the congestion, yet plenty of restaurants and a Publix nearby. Baca selanjutnya
"Typical over pricing wifi should be free"
A charge of 9.95 per day to use wifi!!!!!!!! Need I say more. They just run up the expenses and are not worried about taking care of the customers. Wifi should be free at any hotel or motel.

I had a bad experience with another hotel prior to my finding the Summer Bay Resort. I am so glad I found the Summer Bay Resort! My family & I were EXTREMELY happy. The rooms were PERFECT! We felt comfortable, safe, happy, very nice short vacay!

Our room was PERFECT! My husband, myself, and our children had a wonderful last minute vacation for Thanksgiving! The accomodations were perfect, the service was fine. We would definitely come back.

Hotel quite a distance from Disney.We were able to check in 2 hours early which was great , Kids water park only open till 5pm. Kitchen not stocked very well. Shower drain clogged.
