I got a room close to the kitchen and I couldn't rest. I went there to rest, and nothing, I call to reception trying to get other room and they told me the kitchen close at 12:00 am , so in 10 minutes you will rest.

The hotel is not bad. The pictures given were a bit exaggerated. Rooms were ok, and perhaps good value for the cost, but I had better. There was pictures indicating billiards and casino/gambling, but there arn't so this is misrepresented. The surroundings if you are a tourist without a car is that they don't have anything of convenience. So if you are hungry at night there will only be the vending machine to help you with that. As for the PROS this place has a VERY well equipped gym and decent sized pool. The wireless internet here is also decent speed (but without password protection), as they also have a business center to support your internet, printing needs. en general bien, solo como comentario se tomaron mucho tiempo para dejar la habitación lista y me abrieron la puerta sin tocar para preguntar si ya habian pasado a limpiar el cuarto.

Este hotel se anuncia con los servicios incluidos de estacionamiento, articulos de mini-bar, WiFi y desayuno gratuitos, y hoteles.com solo ofrece habitaciones en plan europeo. Ademas de que el precio en hoteles.com por la habitacion es de moderado a alto para los estandares de la ciudad donde nos hospedamos. Durante la estancia el gerente no hizo valido […] el desayuno gratuito debido a que nuestra reservacion era en plan europeo, argumentando que en este plan no se incluye el desayuno. Si es la unica forma de reservar mediante hoteles.com, los parametros en esta pagina web deberian cambiarse, y no se deberia anunciar el desayuno como parte de los servicios gratuitos del hotel, y de esta forma, evitar que los huespedes sufran molestias innecesarias.
