The hotel wasn't what I expected real lack of decor in the rooms but tons of sleeping space. We moved the couch to enjoy the fire better and found a chicken bone underneath. Everything else in the room was clean though. The service was great otherwise. The one lady at the front helped us with the machine and went out of her way! The staff was incredible. Our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early at 11am when we arrived! They also arranged later checkout to accomodate us. Less than 5 min walk to village. The two bedroom suite was perfect for 6 of us. The full kitchen was also extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again!!

The staff is great, and the convenience of a condo-style accomodation make it a great pl;ace for a family vacation.

We were upgraded from a Hotel room to an appartment which gave us plenty of room for just the 2 of us. The overall condition of the hotel was adequate and it could certainly do with a bit more maintenance. The key issue was the rip off car parking fees.

Lovely Hotel, my stay was wonderful aside from loud guests above us, and the snow plow coming through at 5:45 am in the morning! I would remedy this in the future by picking a room that faces the back of the hotel as opposed to the front. One of the hot tubs was not in working order.

Very smooth transaction! Rented the hotel only a few hours before. Great price! Very good accommodations! Will definitely stay at Tantalus again! First time user of Hotels.com... Awesome and easy to use!

Got a very good deal with an early season discount. Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful, and mapped out our evening activities with some great recommendations. Even the guys who kicked us out of the hot tubs to close them at 10:30pm were most pleasant. Room was good size, beds comfortable. Decor not super luxo, but perfectly nice ski condo […] modern. Strange room numbering on 4th floor where room numbers starting in 400's are on the same floor as those in the 500's. One of the hot tubs and the larger pool were a little on the cool side. Parking was covered and locked, not a horrible deal for $18/night. We did have to remove our roof box to make the door clearance (beware!). The walk to the village might be a little long in ski boots, but no problem at all for the able bodied in regular shoes/boots (5 min. or less). I carried ski boots and stashed shoes in a cubby at the rental shop while skiing. We didn't use the shuttle - traffic revisions in the village don't allow it to go all the way up to the lifts now, anyway. Hot tips: Tantalus will give you a coupon for 10% off ski rentals, your rental receipt is then good for 20% off food at the Dubh Linn pub (highly recommended). Lift tickets are discounted if you buy them at the 7-11 just off the highway in Squamish on the way up. We will be back! Baca selanjutnya

Had a 2 bedroom apartment, good size; fit everyone easily and had two bathrooms which was handy. Full-size kitchen was really nice (had a dishwasher) and helped us save a heap of money, not having to eat out all the time. The room was very nice and had a fire place; the interior of the hotel is a lot nicer than the outside. Its already pretty close […] to the village gondola, but there was a great shuttle bus as well that took you over the hill and left every 5 minutes in the morning , and back again in the afternoon. The staff were really nice, let us leave our luggage there on the last day of skiing, and let us change and use the showers of the hot tub at the end of the day as well. Baca selanjutnya

Lovely room. We lucked out and got a very quiet area, no crazy partiers, but heard there were some on the other side of the building. The beds were super comfy, but the showers were horrible. We used the outdoor hot-tub and the pool at night which was conveniently located across from the entrance to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. If you are driving be prepared to pay an extra $18+tax for parking. Overall it was a nice experience, I would definitely go back.

For a quick family get away this was the perfect hotel. Our two bedroom suite with kitchen and living area was ideal for our young family. Next time we will visit in the summer so we can comfortably swim in the outdoor pool and walk or bike to the village playground and lakes.

The room was decent. Beds were not the most comfortable, but a lot of space for a good price. It was nice to have a full kitchen. Staff were very nice .

Have stayed other times good hotel,front desk very kind. Only neg is that they advised of 18.00 a day for car,I said no where on hotel website was there any info of auto charge. Very kind and they waived fee.

the hotel is a little old and parking a little expensive but near the high way 99 and close to the whistler village the price is ok for a suite with kitchen and 2 bedroom

The room was really nice and the price seemed great. However everything was extra $$. We had booked a pet friendly room for 3 adults and 1 dog. We paid in advance yet once we got there we were informed we still needed to pay for parking?!?, the pet ?!? and Wifi would cost $5 a day. Plus we had a beautiful fireplace in the corner but once again it was […] extra $$ if we wanted to use it. All in all it was a very frustrating that having paid up in advance we then paid a lot more for things that are usually part of the price in most lodges/hotels. Baca selanjutnya

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The only downside is there is only one lift for the whole complex. In peak season this would be a major bottleneck and delay . The staff were very helpful and friendly and the internet access ($4.95) and parking ($18) good value.

Hotel is convenient. Within walking distance to main village, gondolas, etc. Rooms was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Was a little noisy because there were a lot of young people, mostly mountain bikers. The pool was filthy.

Great hotel ESP for a family. Reasonable price It's like you are in your own comfort home! Friendly Staff , overall it was a great stay, my kids enjoyed The pool.

Stayed here recently with a group of 12 guys for a bachelor party. The staff was very nice and helpful, room was very clean, and the value was way better than anywhere else I could find. It is also a very short walk from everywhere you want to be in Whistler. Absolutely suggest the Tantalus, especially for larger groups.

We had a great stay at Tantulus Lodge. Our room was large and comfortable. Our room had a balcony that looked out onto the pool and surrounding area.The kitchen was well equipped with pots,pans, dishes etc. The only thing missing was paper towel, and plastic wrap to cover food. stayed here for the second time now and we really like the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom arrangment - much better value than 2 seperate rooms. Also like the jacuzzi and pool. Plus they let you park all day even before you check in/ check out. overnight stay was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negativ factor was no AC. Temperature was around 35 degrees. We slept with open balcony door. Otherwise it was near perfect stay. Staff was helpfull in lending us an electric fan. Will come back again to stay in this hotel.

Overall the hotel was ok. Lobby was clean and staff was quite pleasant. Was looking for some air conditioned comfort but was surprised to find that our room was not equipped with it. Traveling with a 2 year old kid in 30 degree weather, lets just say that was disappointing. Asked if I would go back: Yes, I would probably consider staying there again […] 3 of the 4 cooler seasons. We had a comfortable large 1 bedroom room with a lovely view from our terrace & living room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place was nice but a chalet for four adults it's too small. We had to move the table away for opening the sofa.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decently updated and spacious. Tennis courts and pool are well maintained. No AC in rooms. $18 per night to park your car, or $14 per day at the Whistler conference centre, about a 5 min walk away

Was a very nice place to stay and very convienient to the downtown stroll...5 min walk. Quiet at night and rooms comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again. Good value for the money.

I have stayed here before and had a great experience. This trip was not a success. There was a summer camp going on and we came to unwind and relax. Rules had changed and I was disappointed at the lack of facilities to house the bikes we brought as we could no longer keep them in the room. There was a loud party above us and while they quieted after […] complaining we also had alcohol dripping on our deck. If hotels are not allowing bikes, boards and skis in the rooms they need to have proper facilities to keep them safe and secure. One of our bikes was damaged. Baca selanjutnya

good location, good facilities, could have better sound proofing within rooms and into corridors etc - bit noisy. Good overall concept, great kitchen, showing some wear in places, helpful staff, family friendly. Sports and Pet friendly too (if that's your thing).

Rooms were spacious and cosy. Kitchen was well equipped and very useful. The kids never wanted to leave the pool..all in all we were very pleased.
