To start with I had called this location to make sure that the room I needed was going to be available I was assured it was and that they would make a note if my needs. When I got there no one knew anything about it. The room we got was not cleaned properly, the towels were old and smelled funny. The bath towels were just shy of being just hand towels. […] The blankets looked like they came from good will. The outside garbage was overflowing and had not been emptied for my entire stay. I had to hunt someone down for the password for the wi fi service. The breakfast was just ok. room was OK. Location was good, we've stayed here before. Have a problem with reservations. I count my days from 12:00 midnight until the next midnight as a day. Our plane arrived after midnight and by the time we arrived in Gresham it was 2:00 AM . I booked this reservation for 3 nights. However when I showed up they had me pay for an additional night! […] There computer system considers their day to start at 11:00 AM not midnight! They would not let me change the dates so I could leave a day early and consider this payment in full. I feel that I have been duped by a system that should be simple and straight forward. We were very satisfied with this hotel. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was easy to navigate from. The main road outside is busy and noisy, but that is was the only negative.

The only negative was the pool was supposed to be heated, and they said it was, but was actually about 70 degrees, I estimate. It would have been perfect for lap swimming, but I didn't notice anyone using it except the one time I went. The jacuzzi was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and kind. This place needs work on lots of the little things. A new toilet seat would have been nice since the other one was peeling and broken. Not the cleanest and all of the sheets and towels were stained pretty bad. Cold pool so bad that the kids were shivering and had to get into the hot tub. Salt water too, so that wasn't very nice. My daughter called twice […] and waited close to 20 minutes on hold trying to get the internet password. I finally picked up the phone and called. This time it was answered by someone else who was able to tell me that the password, that my daughter had waited all that time for, was "backpack". We stayed here because it was the closest thing available near Edgefield and we didn't want to drive too far after we attended a concert. The staff was friendly. One of my blankets had burn holes in it and the sheets seemed a little dingy. My room even though large, the supplies as in towels and sheets seemed shabby, the linens were thread bare. Sheets were stained and very thin. Carpet and walls were dirty and stained. Lamp shade was tacky old and stained. I was in room 103. room 219 and 203 were a pt higher than my information above. Front desk staff made the rest seem bareable.

the room was ok. Clean. it had the standard amenities. I had a good view in my room, however, poor privacy. There was only the dark curtain and no light curtain. I cannot open my window and enjoy the outside view cuz I can be seen from outside. It would have been good if the room had some light curtains , that I can just open the darker curtains and […] some outside light can come into the room instead of having the lamps on all the time. no elevator. I had to bring all my bags myself and put them in the cart. hallways not so clean. Savannah, the night desk clerk ,was not a happy person. I don't think that she likes her job-she portrayed as if I was more of a bother than a "paying guest". The morning desk clerks were ok, nothing great--at least I got some smiles from the morning staff. wake-up call was good. The room had a good and fresh odor--that was good. the pillows were comfortable, they were all bulky, they should have 2 bulky pillow and 2 softer ones for the head. The bed had an old matress. My back was so sore every morning, good thing that I brought my own pillow neck support. Bathroom was nice and spacious, shower was nice and spacious. breakfast was ok. The bathroom corners on the floor need to be cleaned. Noisey air conditioner which you need to run because the windows do not open and room gets too stuffy. Hallwasy smell smokey.

On our first night there we discovered that our toilet was clogged. When we went downstairs and told the front desk we were handed a plunger. The clerk stated she was the only one there and couldn't use a plunger very well anyway. There were also chunks of something between the bed and the nightstand that hadn't been vacuumed up from previous guests. […] It was in a convenient location for us and the pillows were nice. Overall no issue. It will provide an average stay. Quality is about equal with the price. The staff were a bit inexperienced and took longer than one would expect. There is an odd requirement to acknowledge a $1.50 fee for the room safe. The rooms are fine though the hall had an odor of carpet cleaner or something to mask cigarette smell. Nice pool and hot tub. Good place for a family and an affordable get-a-way. However, the cleaning products used had a strange order that seemed to permeate our luggage! The room was nice. Breakfast was pretty light...but overall, a nice place for a quick stay.

First off, there was a terrible "odor" eminating from within the motel....too much "cover-up" spray would be my guess. Second, this is a 2--story motel and it had no elevator. Pretty hard fro two seniors to lug their luggage upstairs and with no offer of help from the staff. Third, the room was only "surface clean" with items left behind the night stands […] and you could tell it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time around the edges. Fourth, the bathroom had mold and "gunk" on the floor and around the tub. I would NEVER stay at this motel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Baca selanjutnya

We recently went to the Days Inn of Gresham for an event at the Edgefield Amphitheater. The location was great and had many nearby restaurants and even a shopping center. Lobby smelled like insence was being used, Hallway carpet needed cleaning. A dog fee that was charged per dog, not disclosed in regestration. For the money I spent not satisfied at all.

The hotel looks like it hasn't been maintained. All manner of spots, blotches, scrapes, and cracks adorn every wall, floor, ceiling, and window. The carpet in my room - a smoking room - had more cigarrette burns at one moment than I have every seen during my entire life. It looked like no paint had every been touched up, or any surface refinished. That […] said, the room looked like it had been cleaned, although the maids must feel as though they're trying to clean the dirt off a dirt pile. Also, everything in the room worked properly, and the soundproofing was very good, even though my neighbors were trying their best to be loud & obnoxious. We went to Gresham for a wedding and the location was perfect for us. Located near the mother of the bride and equally close to the church. The room was quiet and comfortable with a very pleasant staff. The self serve breakfast was completely sufficient. The only complaint is that the sheets and blanket were too small for the bed.

Please read this review before posting. Two of the desk employees were top-notch. However the non-smoking room was made up with smoking linens. An air filter/purifier was running in the room when we arrived, and yet the room was musty and not clean smelling.
