Quiet and clean. Staff was kind of inconsistent. Not bad, but not overly friendly or outgoing or helpful. They were often out of coffee in the lobby. Weird, having the continental breakfast so far away. OK for us, but not a hotel I could bring my elderly parents to. Kind of confusing getting in and out of onto the main roads - that's kind of a petty […] comment. Overall, we liked the hotel just fine. We normally stay in Mt. The only thing bad I could say about the hotel was that there seemed to always be debris around the hallways that you walked through. As an apartment manager I know that it's important to pick up at all times as you go from place to place so this was a little disturbing to me. However, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered […] had enough of a variety between meats and non-meats to work even for vegetarians, and the pool was well kept. Overall, not a bad place to stay at all, though the regular prices are a little high for it. A unique, different type of hotel that I enjoyed very much. The cleanliness was superb and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was in a nice cozy area...and excellent.

My confirmation papers stated a poolside room. When I went to check in, I was given a very remote room from the amenities. I showed them my reservation and was told a poolside room was an upgrade. the desk clerk then gave me a poolside room, but if I hadn't spoken up, I would have been given the less desirable room. We stay here often, it is always clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it.

We had one small problem at check-in (my fault) on our arrival date and we showed up a day early from what was in their computer. I clicked the wrong date when I selected our choices. The front desk took hold of the problem and got us settled into a great room within minutes even though the hotel was rather full with mid week business travelers and […] airline personnel. The person in the area for the free breakfast was very rude and the breakfast was not great; we passed on the free breakfast. We saw boxelder bugs all over the hotel, near the restaurant, in our room.

Nice hot tub; great dry sauna. The property looked old but was nonetheless clean and the beds and pillows were great.

Like: The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with a larger variety then some places. Dislike: I repeatedly had to have my keys reactivated. I kept them away from my cell phone as advised by front desk but that still didn't save me from having to go two more times. Since all doors, pool area, etc. are […] locked having keys that continue to not work is frustrating and a waste of my leisure time. Pool was nice but I was very surprised to find that they didn't provide towels in the pool area. I thought that was standard these days. Booked the poolside rooms. Very loud & in a separate building than main lobby. Drunken fools fighting early in the am woke us up both nights. Appeared to be minimally monitored by hotel staff. Plus -- continential breakfast was lovely - ladies who work the area did a great job & food was good. Pool table in play area was convenient & fun.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were wonderful. We had lunch in the restaurant and food was great! Overall, this hotel is a great value! Rooms were clean and updated, very quiet, and great location. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the hotel tremendously. Continental breakfast was very good. Service was excellent. Had a repair that needed to be made in the bathroom and after notifying the front desk, it was fixed immediately.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of lights and mirrors. Very accommodating! And the complimentary breakfast was a real bonus.

Oddly shaped hotel, and on a side/back street, but just off of the main streets of Collins & 1st. Room was nice, breakfast was okay, location was perfect for what I needed and plenty to do and eat in the neighborhood.

The hotel was average, however when I first arrived they where going to check me in to any room, then when I said that I had reserved a pool room there seemed to be a reaction by the employee's. They did not show that I had booked a room next to the pool, and when I told them that I booked almost 3 months prior and I used a website that is a third party […] to Best Western it really felt like that I had made a mistake and should have called the Best Western itself. They did find the hard copy from my reservations with the third party as they said and did find that I had requested and paid more for a pool room. They did accomodate me however it seemed like I was creating an issue, and that was very disappointing. What if the Best Western did not have a hard copy on file, would they have put my family and I in any room because I did not book with Best Western itself. What is the purpose of having third party websites to book at your Best Western when I may in the future have issues that I should have not booked in this fashion. For now I will not be recommending Best Western's especially if I may not be the only one that will have issues due to me booking with third party websites that Best Western deals with, and have employee's react as that I had made a mistake and the price of the room that I had originally had booked was a lot more expensive then what I paid for when I booked with your Third party website 3 months prior.
