very good location and staff

Excellant hotel, good service suited us fine

Within walking distance to many things. School Playground out back window quite noisy during day, but not earth shattering. Beds are quite uncomfortable, but only stayed 2 nights. If we were staying longer, not sure if we would stay at this hotel due to that.

Good location, close to everything significant and a short cab-ride away to everything else. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly front staff. Great location. Matress was way too hard. We had to open the terry bathrobes and lay them on top of the bedsheet and then lay on the bed. This helped to make the bed a little softer. Asked for a quiet room, but still heard a lot of outside noise; even late into the evening. Very clean and mordern room, however, the front lobby […] needs to be renervated. I was worried when I saw the lobby that the room would not be like the photos on the internet, but again, they were very modern and clean. Would stay at this hotel again. Baca selanjutnya

Nice hotel, great staff. We arrived very early and simply wanted to leave our luggage, but they had a room ready and let us have it. Not sure if that was best. The room available had a view of a wall and an enclosed service port. If we'd waited, might have actually got a room with sunlight. So just ask for a room with a view!

Overall this hotel was very nice. The only problem we saw was the very thin doors which allow us to hear evryone who was talking in the hallway. This was a little bothersome but overall we weren't in our room much, other than to sleep. Hotel was two blocks from the Catalayana square and had many places to shop and eat.

Superlative Customer Service distinguishes this hotel - in addition, it is centrally located, very comfortable and well priced. My daughter and I stayed with them recently and the staff at the Reception Desk went far beyond the call of duty, on several occasions. Thank you Mercedes, Zen, Oscar, David! The hotel was very neat and cosy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull,they contacted taxi's for us when needed and assisted us with tours ect. Our room was on the first floor and what took a little getting used to is the sound of the underground clearly below our room,but i do think this to be a common problem because the underground runs […] under Barcelona. The only complaint I have is that the bed was VERY hard and I battled to sleep in it. The breakfasts were great and there was a nice variety.Overall I would recommend this pleasant hotel. The hotel is very convenient, and we liked the sauna and pool. Our room was modern and comfortable, just we had a view on the school courtyard which was a bit nosy.

部屋の広さ、清潔さ、快適さは◎です。たまたま角部屋だったので大きかったのかもしれませんが。フロントの男性の対応も良く、周辺地図をくれたり荷物を部屋まで運んでくれたりしてくれました（当然なのかもしれませんが、本来はないようです）。バスルームもバスタブ付でシャワーの水量も問題なし。金庫、バスローブ、スリッパもついてます。朝食ビュッフェは少し高い（サービス料込みで14€）気がしますが、種類も豊富でおいしかったです。残念な点をあげれば、電気ポットがなかったことと、ティッシュがなかったこと（これは同じバルセロナで泊まった他のホテルもなかったのでスペインはそういうところなのかもしれません）カタルーニャ広場、グラシア通りまで徒歩3分でロケーションも最高。またバルセロナに行くことがあればここにします。

Utmärkt hotell med mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost inkl. cava! Rummen är bra och man störs inte av trafiken på Grand Via.

地點很方便並安全, 服務親切夠水準, 房間清潔很好並可靠, 下次還會來住.

The location is very good, just 10min away from the Catalunya and 5 min from the closest underground. Nice room which is clean and big enough for 2 people. Free wifi is abailable at room as well. The only complain is the quality of bathing gel and dental cream was not good indded, so we need to buy from supermarket ourself.

Veldig bra hotel med super service. Alle snakker godt engelsk og gjør hva de kan for deg. Deilig å ta seg en svømmetur etter shoppinga el en tur i boblebadet. Fine moderne rom som hadde det meste. Anbefales!

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffett, schönes Zimmer (etwas wenig Stauraum), Liegt leider an stark befahrener Strasse, das ist dann etwas laut, bei geöffnetem Fenster auch sehr laut. Aber wenn man sich in Barcelona müde gelaufen hat, stört auch das nicht mehr. Liegt ansonsten zentral, alles auch zu Fuß gut zu er […] reichen. Baca selanjutnya

- Zimmer waren sauber und schön --> man merkt jedoch teilweise, dass gewisse Sachen schon drei/vier Jahre alt sind - Hotelangestellte waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Lage ist super, La Rambla ist zu Fuss in 10min. erreichbar, der Hafen zu Fuss in 30min. - Wellness-Bereich hält nicht, was er verspricht

très bel hotel proche de la rambla et des rues commerçantes. la chambre était très correcte mais gros point négatif sur l'isolation. beaucoup de bruit même si les voisins ne faisaient rien de spécial, on avait l'impression qu'ils étaient dans notre chambre. A recommander mes prendre des boules quies au cas ou!
