Angsana Bintan - Pulau Bintan

Overall a very nice venue and location. The beach is beautiful. But the hotel is the newest anymore and I believe it is overpriced. As you can't go anywhere on the island you have to pay the high prices. Service however is very good and personel is very friendly

Not impressive at all. On day after check in, waited for more than 45 minutes for a plate of nasi bryani! They should have told me that they need to cook the rice and do all the seasoning. Next they bring up the wrong luggage to my room and take hours to find the right luggage. The next thing comes when the air condition unit starts to make vibrating […] sounds and get it repair. The next day water starts dripping from the ceiling and the air con unit! I request to change room but took them hours to reply that I finally gave up and ask them to bring in a floor towel that took less than 3 minutes to bring to my room. Baca selanjutnya

excellent facilities, room and resort grounds. Staff were always helpful and ready to do anything to please. Included breakfast was excellent. On bintan you are really limited to eating at the resort or at the adjoining banyan tree resort restaurants, which are not the cheapest, but quality is good.

Good: On the beach with ocean view rooms and beautiful pool. Very relaxing. Bad: If you travel a lot in Asia you will be disappointed by the five star rating based on the quality of the rooms. Also you have to pay an additional $25 just to get to the hotel from the ferry terminal (round trip). There is no where to eat other than the hotel (and Banyan […] tree) and it is very expensive. Also we arrived at noon and had to sit for two hours before they would let us check in. Overall we will not return, which says a lot because the trip from Singapore is very convenient. I found the resort to be completely overprice and uninspiring. Resort needs a make over and management needs to re evaluate their pricing. We had a half bottle of white wine from the mini bar that cost nearly s$100.00! Completely ridiculous! And the queen sized beds, come on! Not one room had a single king size. This hotel is right next to banyan tree, so you can choose to eat at either hotel, so that is a huge plus. Pool and Beach are great. Everything about them is good... good condition, good furniture, good service at them. Rooms- are ok. Everyone said they were just renovated, so I went on that assumption, but Im not sure mine was.... The bathtub wasnt […] perfect and the room seemed a little older, but I dont have a before to compare it to. The breakfast buffet was good, and there was a large variety. The best station they have was a crepe making station! With great toppings. There is free wireless in the lobby, but it did not extend to my room. I was near the end of the hotel, and I had 0 wifi internet in my room. That was my only complaint, but I hung out in the lobby and had the internet on their comfy couches, so that was fine. If I ever get back to this area, I would love to stay at this hotel again. Oh and the service was very good. At the restaurants its a little slow - but hey its an island. the hotel is good, but with little outdoor activity. If you wish to rest over there, it is good. otherwise, you may need to walk a long way to the beach with water activities.

Recent renovations make the hotel look good and new outdoor seating is lovely and although management service great, there seems to be lots of staff hanging around near the pool and outdoor restaurant who do not respond well to guests - maybe more training required in this area.

The service provided by the staff was simply great. It actually exceeded my expectation. I reached the resort at about 1pm while my room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. So at about 1 plus, we exploring the resort while waiting for the room to be ready, we saw the front desk staff (named "France") who attended to us was walking along the beach searching. […] When he saw us, he run up to us and told us that our room is ready and walked us to our room. I am really impressed to see the staff searched all over the resort to look for us to tell us our room is ready. :) The room is nice and spacious, we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The only sad part is that there only 1 tv in the living room but not in the bed room. Cant wait to go again. :) Baca selanjutnya

The hotel room is decent even though it is before renovation. The services from the staff are responsive and friendly. This is certainly a great place to come for a relaxing leisure trip.

Coming here with relaxation in mind, we were not disappointed. It was far from the city hub bub and noise and the location was sparsely populated and clean. Bintan was more even better than I expected. Clear, clean water and good snorkelling just off the Angsana beach. Beach itself was long and cleaned daily. Hotel definitely needs a refurb but I can't say that this detracted too much from the stay. Just beware, all prices in USD so food and beverage works out very expensive. The staff were extremely friendly at Angsana Bintan. We found them to be very attentive and helpful. The meals and drinks were all fairly expensive and in USD but I guess you would expect that from a 4.5 star hotel. Hotel is super for a weekend getaway, for a 3-5 days, would not stay there longer. Because it is remote - what is good for the getaway but not for a longer stay - and service prices in the hotel are very expensive compared to quality of services/quality. Rooms need a makeover.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. The room is cleaned and made twice a day. The bed was very comfortable. However, lighting can be brighter, TV to be bigger and with better reception. Just as the title says! Fantastic service. They'd remember you name when you have meals at the Lotus cafe.. Not to mention the fact that they had our papers out and ready for us as soon as we got out of the Hotel pick-up service. We checked-in in less than 5 minutes. Great place with wonderful ambiance. Service is wonderful and even the in-room dinning was very impressive.

I found the Hotel much more clean and tidy than what I could read from a lot of the other reviews. I heard that it is a big difference between the rooms and we might have been a bit more lucky than other guests. The pool area, the beach, the spa and the layed back activities you can do are all really fantastic. We were also lucky that it was off season […] so we pretty much had the whole place for ourself. The service was excellent! However - be awear of all nasty creatures on the beach and in the water. If you're looking for a lovely resort vacation not far from Singapore and aren't keen on a plane ride or the high prices of Bali, then by all means, consider going to Bintan Island. The Angsana Resort in particular is terrific - they have sincerely warm and professional staff, gorgeous views and an accessible beach, great food (bread made on site), […] a charming kids' club for toddlers, a chic spa, and an overall relaxing and stylish ambiance. The one drawback was that the beds are very hard, but adding extra comforters helped. Being able to hear the ocean from our room was so soothing and the views were just mesmerizing... Folks with restless older kids and teenagers might find that there is too little to do at this particular resort, but for those of us with babies or toddlers or traveling as a couple, Angsana is ideal because it is low-key and more about relaxation. Angsana Bintan service is wonderful - friendly attentive staff and prompt responses to requests. Pool and beach are lovely, though it is too hot in the middle of the day to be out. 施設の良さはもちろんのことだが、何よりもスタッフが全員親切で非常に気持ちが良かった。 以前に他のアンサナに泊まった時もスタッフがとても親切だったので、アンサナ全体で従業員の教育がよく行き届いているのだろうと感じた。

海滩非常好，有长沙滩，边上有礁石，有小螃蟹，有泳池，适合小孩，每间房间都头阳台，一层的可以直接走出去吃早餐和去泳池，遇上了岛上百年不遇的停电，酒店提供了很多蜡烛，还赠送了小礼品弥补，感觉不错，缺点是没有免费接送车，往返要让酒店叫车，30新币往返，比较独立，距离热门区域稍微远点，逛逛及吃饭都要叫车出酒店。

Helt strålende service og personale som alle gjorde alt for at du skulle ha det hyggelig der. Men dette er et sted for par og familier. Ikke for folk som drar alene og gjerne vil konversere med andre.

インドネシアのお国柄なのかもしれませんが、何をするにもゆっくり。。アンサナは、バンヤンツリーが自由に使える良さはありますが、ホテル間の移動はバギーを利用。バギーに乗るには、スタッフにお願いしなければいけないのですが、なかなか対応してくれない。サクサク計画が進みません。 ただ、それがビンタンのすごし方なのかもしれませんね。。プールや海辺でお昼ねしたり、スパを満喫したり…というすごし方なのであれば、とてもいいホテルだったと思います。 お部屋も、特別広いわけではありませんが、清潔感もありますし、レモングラスのとてもいい香りがして、気持ちよかったです。 HPを見て期待しすぎると、がっかりしてしまいます。

ホテルの人がとてもフレンドリーで親切。　部屋からの眺めはとてもきれいです。　プールもとてもきれいに管理されており写真と同じでした。　食事も、朝食は毎日メニューの変わるバフェで飽きが来ません。　ホテルが一部工事中だったのは少し残念でした。

this is my 2nd times to stay with Agsana - Bintan. Overall, it's a good experience except that the hotel is under renovation, which, I was out of the blue before my arrival. besides, they did frogging at around 11:30p.m. which is extremely noisy and distrubing! Understand that's a must to keep the envrionment pleasant, however, I doubted if that's necessary […] to conduct with such nosiy machine! (p.s. Such noise has woke me up and made me feel quite ignorrant!). besides, I also have a really bad expereince with their gallery. When I bought the oil burner, the sales lady offered me 20% off. However, when the time I left and checked the bills, I found that was not the case. So, the receptionist called the gallery to clarify it. Suprisingly, they denied for such offer. At the end, my husband went downstair to the gallery to negotiate with them, which, they finally offered me 15% off! Which, i found that's totally unacceptable as I was not intended to negotiate the price and just want to stick to the fact! If you are going to shop at their gallery, suggested you to pay immediately instead of waiting for their bills as that will cost you a lot of time and trouble!! Baca selanjutnya

Zurzeit sollte das Hotel nicht gebucht werden bzw. sollte der Gast wissen, dass er mit erheblichem Baulärm rechnen muss.

Hotellet låg vackert vid havet med egen badstrand och aqua-center, Vi bodde i en svit som var mycket rymlig och bekväm. Spa och massageavdelningen var mycket professionell med ett stort antal olika behandlingar, även Swedish massage. Maten var bra inte minst den stora frukostbuffén. サービス全般はよかったがスパは混雑で予約とれず残念。タイ料理のレストランは美味しかったがビーチにあるレストランは雰囲気のみ。チェックアウト後にあずけた荷物のカメラと現金封筒がフェリーポートに着いたときには無くなっており、大変残念。
