much better than rated. staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was perfect. good location close to the community college.

Are stay would have been great if the room was clean.There was a couple things that needed to be cleaned! 1 The top of the shower was VERY dusty you could have wrote your name in it! 2 The bed skirts was Very nasty! 3The matt.pad had pee spots on it.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Dillsboro, NC was just far enough away to be a quiet getaway and close enough to some major attractions to be perfect. Lot's of things for kids to do nearby, within 20 minute drive. Great Smokey mountains close by.

The hotel sits high up about 3 miles from the quaint village of Dillsboro. It has access to the famous skyline Drive, which has scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mts. Though the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, it was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful.

We recently had the occasion of staying with the folks at the Holiday Inn Express Dillsboro, NC. The room was exquisite, extremely clean, great location, awesome breakfast and super friendly staff. Becky is superb working the breakfast. She is a superstar, talks with the guests, helps with direction and even gave me her cell phone number in the event […] that I got lost. Now that is above and beyond. Dillsboro is a charming location with lots of cute Made in the USA shops. Don't miss this interesting area and do stay with the folks at Holiday Inn Express. The house cleaners were very bad. After 2 days they did not vacuum good or clean the bathrooms. Cigarettes and or cigarette butts and food under the bed covers on the floor they did not vacuum up. When taking a shower There was no water pressure. Not even enough to brush your teeth.

Too costly considering there is no refrigerator or microwave in room. The other hotels in the area had refrigerators and were approximately the same in price, but unfortunately, they were booked to capacity. Bed was not as comfortable as it appears. Housekeeping was nice.

Terrific breakfast

We were very pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Dillsboro - The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Our room was a very large suite that was lovely for our family of 4. We plan on staying there again when we visit our granddaughter at college in Cullowhee. The Lloyd Family

The overall stay was nice. The breakfast was good and the hostess came around and asked if you needed anything. Very friendly check in. Check out was a little slow. The hall to the room smelled of smoke even though we wanted non smoking room. The comforter had a cigarette burn in it...remember it was a non smoking room. I heard a dog barking in one […] room so I guess dogs are allowed in the hotel. Thank goodness the dog didn't bark during the night. Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend. We stayed a week at this hotel summer 2011. Comfortable, quiet with great hot breakfast. All hotel employees were friedly, helpful and professional. finsing the right exit is a little tricky, but worth the effort.

First, she was irritated that we used Hotels.com, like she was put out. I wanted to register early and she gave me all kinds of no, no. I was primarily wanting to make sure I did not end up with one of those non smoking rooms that really is a smoking room. In the end I had two choices when I was allowed to check in, one room that smelled like smoke […] and another one that smelled like smoke, both showing as non smoking. They lied and insisted that they check to make sure they do not smell like smoke. Sure, they do...in the end it was more the attitude of the owner, but, two days sleeping in a smoking room has made me sick for the last 4 days...thank you Holiday Inn Baca selanjutnya

It was a good hotel to stay

The Holiday Inn Express was very clean and comfortable.

The only complaints are the location is somewhat inconvenient and the Inn lacked adequate bathroom ventilation exhaust.

Awesome hotel! Very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and hospitable. I would defintley stay there again.

The location was great and the hotel itself was clean. I felt that the room itself was mis-represented on the online reservation: we got a standard room and assumed that the pictures corresponding to that room were indicative of what items were to be included; however, we did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. One of the electrical outlets in the […] room did not work. Our cable, internet, and phone lines went down when we got there and remained down until the next morning. We could not get the internet to work for any length of time for our entire stay. We were able to use it intermittenly at best for a total of approximately 30 mins out of the 5 days we were there. We also tried to ask for an extra luggage rack and hangers (since we only had 4) which we were told that they didn't have. Also, although we arrived at almost 10 pm, we only had a half of a roll of toilet paper in our bathroom and almost ran out the very first night, as if they weren't expecting anyone to occupy our room, and hadn't prepared for our arrival.
