Everything was wonderful except the fact that you could not watch the tv from bed. Also, we were only let decaf coffee in the kitchen. We will gladly return.

the place was packed and was comfortable except if there was ever the worst coffee, this place had it. I had to use Listerine to get that taste out... please get some decent coffee and there was no tea... lemon chamomile is not a morning tea.

The staff were very friendly. I like that there was an assortment of drinks available for purchase so that I did not have to run to the grocery store right away.

My stay was awesome! I am a self-proclaimed "hotel snob" and this hotel met all my standards. Although my sheets could have been cleaner, there were noticable spots, my stay was still great. I do plan on staying at this hotel when I visit the area.

Front desk clerk seem to have been new. He charge me way to much for a holding security fee, which cause fund on my card to be place on hold until check out.therefore I had no money to go out eat or put gas in my car. They were unable to fix the problem but even worst nobody even said they were sorry. All they kept telling me was that it was not a charge […] just a hold but even with it being on hold I was still unable to withdraw money from my account. I couldn't even enjoy my stay because I spent the whole day on the phone with my bank and the hotel customer service. Baca selanjutnya

This was a good location for visiting nearby family, and we found our two-room suite quite comfortable. Breakfast was a bit limited, and I wish the fitness room was in slightly better shape, but overall we were very comfortable.

This hotel allows pets but charges $100. additional, which is clearly designed to discourage people with pets. While not in dreadful condition the maintenance is not up to Marriott standards. Our room had one phone that did not function and a window was jammed open, fortunately there was a storm window, but it caused the heat to run excessively.

Great location and clean facilities. But the heating system needs to be improved. They use an emergency heat system. But you cannot control the way the air blows in the room. Service was slow when my key to my room did not work.

The heat didnt work. Finally at 3am I had to turn on the emergency heat at turn the fan to ON instead of AUTO. When it finally warned up, I checked out.

The customer service provided by the staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The decor is updated and modern. I got a great deal on a room with a queen bed and a kichen. I chose a room on the first floor. I was close to the breakfast room, the front desk,the pool and the gym. Since I had to work all day in the room while my kids attended an educational program, the kitchen was nice. When the toilet decided to suddenly run and run, maintenance came immediately […] and fixed it. They accommodated me with an early check in and a late check out. Stayed with two teenagers. The hotel was very nice and the room was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and a small dog. The staff was nice and oh the breakfast was pretty good too. However, it's not 4 star quality but breakfast was your basic cereals, bagels, toast, waffles, juice and coffee. Believe me it's enough to get your morning […] started. My only complaint is the fact they charge for your pet stay however you'll think they should have a set-up outside with bags and bins for your dogs waste! Fortunate I brought some with us. I believe people should clean up their pet's waste! However I saw plenty of pet waste in the grass. So please bring pet waste bags and complain to the hotel manager about putting a bin and bags outside and maybe people or at least some people will clean up after their pets! That's my only complaint! Other than that I do plan to stay at the Towne Suits again and do highly recommend this hotel to others who are visiting this area. Baca selanjutnya

Very clean,modern, spacious and comfortable rooms and the full kitchen is just icing on the cake. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was OK, they need to crack a couple eggs and the breakfast will be perfect.

Everything was great, large clean comfortable rooms at a good price near to Washington DC. When we came, we needed a few extra towels, an extra quilt for the fold out and one of the remotes for the TV was missing. The staff delivered all of them to our room in minutes. This hotel is outstanding! The staff was courteous, friendly, and extremely accommodating. We stayed overnight in a suite with our two boys ( 6 & 2 ) and I would say this hotel is very kid friendly. I enjoyed staying here. The staff were always polite and respectable, and responsive when I told them someone had spilled food in the elevator. Other than that, I had not complains about the room -- it was comfortable, clean and looked beautiful.
