"Perfect for a weekend...close enough to downtown"

Traveled to Montana to visit my mother and searched for a hotel near her assisted living center. The Val U Inn was the closest in my price range and after reading other guest reviews here I bookd the room. I can say it was absolutely wonderful. "Very clean"
Very clean and super friendly staff. Has a 12 pm checkout which was nice since we didn't get in till 3 am but starting at about 8:45 other guests starting leaving (or one really inconsiderate guest) I couldn't really tell where the sound was comming from started slamming doors which pretty much ended any chance of sleep. I was suprised how much sound […] the windows blocked out since we were in the very front of the hotel next to the main entry and barely heard anyone leave. This place was very affordable. I had flight delays and plans changed and they let me change my reservations with no issue whatsoever. We stayed here on a Canadian holiday and had totally awesome service. The city was very busy with tourist from Canada, but the Val U Inn did a great job. This is not a stylish, swanky hotel, not a place to go if you're looking for that luxury experience with all of the latest or most up to date amenities. "Val U Inn Missoula - great place"
We enjoyed our stay at the Val U Inn in Missoula when visiting U of M. It was clean and well-kept-up. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The drain in our room was slow and the staff fixed it immediately, so it was good. Breakfast was very good with a big variety of items for a continental breakfast, including hot fresh waffles and biscuits&gravy.
