Checking in and checking out takes too much time...The hotel seems to cater to large business groups. If you get stuck behind them in the morning you will miss your flight.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The safe in my room was broken, but the staff was great. Make sure you speak Portuguese when traveling to Sao Paulo. Not much English spoken there. Nice hotel.

The hotel was well but very over priced. The front desk service could have been much better, that is why I rated them with a 3, The front desk knew that my wife and I had a new born and but us right below a floor that was being remodeled. This was the first dissapointment. However the bell-hopp was very friendly and the breakfast service was very good […] as well. If a Hotel front desk clerk knows of the remodeling they should think of the family they are serving. Not too mention the Van services they offered us over the phone, at the time of our US consulate appoinment thye mentioned the driver is on his lunch break. But the taxi services we very good. This hotel is really close to the consulate anyways. The surronding area needs some more restaurants and markets to buy needed items. Baca selanjutnya

This was my third stay. This is a 3-star hotel really. the rooms are small, the pillows and bedding is cheap, the TV is an old model CRT, drinking water costs extra and the neighbourhood has little to recommend it. I stay there only because of its proximity to my customers and I move on as soon as I can.

Perfectly adequate business hotel. My room was clean and the breakfast buffet is very generous and is quick so that I could get to my work in the morning. I found the staff to be very helpful except check out in the morning can be very slow because the hotel is often very full. Good value for Sao Paulo. I have stayed here at least three times.

I stayed at the Tryp Nacoes Unidas because it was cheaper than other hotels in Sao Paulo, but I was very disappointed overall with the hotel. My room smelled and they have a policy that you can only use their irons from 6am until 8pm. There are no irons in the room and you must call the front desk to request one. They came into my room in the evening […] while I was gone and took the iron. When I went to the front desk upon my return (I had to physically go downstairs because the front desk was not answering the phone) to ask for it back, they told me that they couldn't give me an iron after 8pm but I can order one for the following morning. I reserved the iron for 8:15am sharp and they did not deliver it until almost 8:30am. I do not think that I will stay there again unless I am desperate and on a budget. Baca selanjutnya

Average hotel and fair price. Convenient if attending a trade show at the Transamerica Fair grounds. There are better hotels for similar price. Room smelled and had to change. Second room was fine. Although somewhat on the outskirts of the town it is well located for the surrounding businesses. The area is quiet at the weekend but is within walking distance of a shopping centre. The restaurant is nothing special but adequate.

The Trype Nacoes Unidas is a new clean professional and pretty stadard 4 star hotel, wit5h all the usual trappings you would expect. It is primarily used by buisness people and is well equipped to deal with this. The one HUGE fact you must consider with this hotel is the following. Trype Nacoes Unidas IS NOT IN the Nacoes Unidas area. If you dont know […] Nacoes Unidas is an up market quite westernised part of Sao Paulo, that has good shopping and plenty of places to go and eat. This hotel is a good 15 minute taxi ride from this are, and if you turn left out of the hotel you end up in a not very nice area after only 100M walk. You have to get a taxi everywhere as it is quite isolated from the main areas of Sao Paulo. A estada foi muito boa, qualidade atendimento muito boa, limpeza do quarto em dia. A única reclamação que tenho é em relação a internet do hotel, extremamente lenta não sendo possível acessar alguns sites de bancos uma vez que a sessão acaba expirando em função da lentidão.

Inacreditável, o hotel nao possui adaptadores de tomadas de três pontas, que hoje e obrigatório, pois todos os equipamentos eletrônicos sao fabricados com esse tipo de tomada. Nao pude usar meu computador no hotel.

Como tinha lido em outros comentários no site do hoteis.com, dois ítens que chamaram a atenção: os quartos são bem acanhados em termos de tamanho, e as 'duchas' do hotel tem que ser trocadas ou ser feita uma manutenção adequada que faça com que seja um chuveiro a sua 'ducha' e não apenas um único e fino jato d'água.

Hotel ubicado en zona tranquila, muy buen servicio, espectacular el desayuno, buena wifi, y en el piso 17 las habitaciones parecían nuevas sin uso. Lo único que yo mejoraría es la limpieza de la piscina. La sala de fitness es un poco chica pero ta bien. Los empleados atienden muy bien.

Embora no site fale que o estacionamento é gratuito, isso não é verdade. É cobrado sim, 17 reais por dia!!! No geral, bom hotel, funcionários dedicados e atenciosos.

As instalações do hotel são ótimas, o único ponto a desejar são os equipamentos da academia, mediante ao porte do hotel este item precisa melhorar. E os arredores não oferece muita opção,mas o atendimento dos funcionários e demais estruturas perfeitas

El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado. El sector es tranquilo y muy cercano a Expocenter Transamerica. La relacion precio/calidad es perfecta para viaje de negocios. Las habitaciones son cómodas para trabajo y descanso. El desayuno es variado y la atencion cordial. Tryp me dio una muy buena impresion y será considerado en mis proximos viajes.

É um bom hotel, bem localizado, ao redor de 20 minutos do aeroporto de Congonhas. Possui um bom restaurante. A limpeza dos quartos poderia ser melhor. Os quartos são realmente muito pequenos. It is a good hotel, well situated, around 20 minutes from Congonhas Airport. Good restaurant. The rooms could be better cleaned. The rooms are really small.
