Rooms are small, but great money for the location. Centrally located adjacent to the train system; easy to reach other areas of KL and Malaysia.

Lovely hotel in KL, really good location beside train station. Pool area is really nice, and well worth a few hours by the pool.

We stopped over in KL between two flights and this hotel was perfect for us. The KLIA express train (30 mins to the airport) stops literally at this hotel - couldn't have been more useful. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and pleasant with a cool view over KL's brilliant sky line. Nothing unique / cosy about this place, but you can't fault it in the slightest.

The hotel location was excellent, very convinent to visit Kular lumpar main tourist attractions, and the transport facilities was excellent. From KLIA airport to the hotel took less than 30mins that is if you take the KLIA express train from the airport. Hotel was excellent and the service was first class, everything you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The customer service was excellent aswell as the hotel food. I would defenatley recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel with European standards. I suggest eating in the hotel itself unless you want to make a trip to downtown KL. Very relaxing for business or pleasure.

We had a breathtaking view of the pool and the museum across the street. We arrived at evening time and the lights were spectacular. The pool is open until 11 pm or so. Very enjoyable after a long day of sightseeing. The shower was wonderful. The Bellhop explained how things worked in the room. Very courteous staff. Very lovely lobby. Easy access to Sentral metro station. We did think the breakfast was a bit pricey.

Very centrally located (just opposite KL Central Station which houses all the local trains as well as the express train to the airport- so easy!). Well appointed all around. Rooms are lovely & good sized. I had an incredible view of the city from my enormous bath tub, which was very welcome after a long day of touring. The staff were helpful & courteous without fail, & the many bars & amenities on the hotel property were all great. I highly recommend it.

A classy hotel. Good value for the money we paid, even though it did not include breakfast. very convenient location in KL. Just 3 minutes walk from KL Central. Very good fitness centre. Nice swimming "pool" (not really a pool for serious swimming, more a pool to lounge around in), but an extremely pleasant location, none the less.

Room are comfortable. The staff are nice. Since this hotel is in front of KL Sentral station, you can buy ticket to ride express train to the airport at the hotel concierge - very convenient..I will come back to this hotel next time when I am in KL.

Godt lokalisation ved siden af KL sentral station. Ren, pæn, meget godt mad, god service. Jeg kunne godt tænke mig at vælge den hotel igen. Angefaldes!!

good hotel, right next to the trainstation. Fantastic views and great pool. Otherwise an ordinary place. But really nothing to complain about.

Allting var utomordentligt bra,personalen,maten,gymmet,poolen och utsikten från 35:e våningen.Priset mycket bra över weekend. Åker gärna tillbaka igen!
