Nice hotel, and as such nothing to complain about..but the WIFI at the Hotel really sucked, and the staff was not willing to do anything about it. In these modern days that is not acceptable.

Very clean and comfortable, with an excellent quality of food (both breakfasts that are worth the extra tariff and bar dinner meals). One would only regret that the WiFi connection is not provided for free, that's somehow an anachronism in 2011.

Good location, 5 minute walk to shopping and Christmas markets and plenty of restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful, reasonably priced breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Room was a bit small with family of 4, and bed could use a new mattress and pillows, but glad to find something that had a family room.

"Typical City Center Hotel in Acchen"
Stayed here as we were going to F1 at Spa. The hotel did the job, staff are pleasant breakfast buffet is not cheap but is good and you could easily fill up for the day. Easy car parking under hotel and just a short walk to the attractions of Acchen with numerous restaurants. The rooms are let down by grubby carpets and lack of UK TV channels. Novotel in Aachen, Germany is a good bargin on Hotels.com. I'd give it a 4.3/5.0 stars overall. The neighborhood is safe and busy and centrally located. The University is nearby and lots of students in town. The food in the hotel is top notch and the claening staff will bug you to clean the room even if you like to sleep late. Strak, modern, zeer verzorgd hotel. Waar voor je geld. Kamers niet bijzonder groot, maar van alle gemakken voorzien, incl. ligbad, aparte douche en afgescheiden toilet. aanrader!

Dette var et profesjonelt hotell på de aller fleste måter. Jeg har bare en ting å utsette: Et hotell av denne standard bør også ha free WI-FI for gjester. Alle hoteller på vår reise videre i Frankrike - også gites - hadde free Wi-Fi.

Das Hotel hat unseren (hohen) Erwartungen voll entsprochen und auch unsere Kinder (2 und 4) wurden freundlich aufgenommen. Einziges kleines - wahrscheinlich individuelles - Ärgernis war, dass ich beim Check-Out, trotz erfolgter Vorauskasse, zum Zahlen aufgefordert wurde. Erst mein verärgertes beharren, die Übernachtung sei bereits bezahlt, führte aus […] Nachforschung zu der korrekten Quittung: "Mein Kollege hat das wohl falsch vermerkt". What a great place to stay. Novotel Aachen City has got all the comfort and luxury you expect and more. the whole of Aachen is accesible just by walking out the door. Me and my family including 2 small children had a wonderful time here.

Vriendelijk personeel, voor de kinderen was er een Novotel rugtas met daarin een flesje water, kleurboek, kleurpotloden en twee knuffels. Goed ontbijt met veel keuzemogelijkheden, goede douche(plafond voor mensen langer dan 1.95 wat te laag), goede parkeervoorziening op 50 meter afstand.

Good stay at the hotel. Positionend right in the centre of the city. Good view of the city skyline from the rooms on higher floors. Cleening of the room as expected. Precise and thorough. The service in the reception is good, with very helpfull staff. Easy acces to the hotel by car; the highway ends almost at the doorstep of the hotel.

仕事でｱｰﾍﾝを訪問。今回が二回目の利用である。昨年に比べて、どことなく清潔感が増していた。前回の宿泊も快適であり、再度このﾎﾃﾙを利用した。ドイツ食に飽きた方にはさらにお勧めで、目の前のとおりの反対側の角に、日本以上に洗練された日本食を出すレストランがある。刺身とてんぷらをドイツビールと共に楽しんだ。

Empfangshalle, Bar, Restaurant in gutem, gehobenen Zustand. Service sehr gut. Zimmerausstattung ok. Zimmer und speziell das Bad sehr nachlässig gereinigt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis schlecht.
