The hotel front desk said that continental breakfast would be provided starting at 6:30 AM. I went to the breakfast room 6:40 AM on March 12 , 2013 and at 6:40 AM on March 13, 2013. The breakfast room was dark (no lights on) and no one was setting anything up on both mornings..

Heater in room was noisy, as was the refrigerator. Cleanliness was good. Free breakfast was disappointing. Hot tub was wonderful on a cold winters day.

I enjoy staying in this hotel I am like family the day time workers are great..Carol is an asset to this hotel she knows her job. and she treats everyone the same. The maintenance man and the cleaning girl are always welling to help. Loved that they allow dogs. My dog had a great time. The staff where very polite and helpful. They are also open year round! A great find.

sewerage odor in room on entering --- surface clean but not as clean as i expected --- staff serviced room in a timely way burn hole on inside bed blanket

Beds were comfortable, the room was ok, bathroom tiny. But who in their right mind would start vacuuming before 7 AM in the morning! No one at the desk when I went to check out, so I had to just leave the card keys on the desk.

It was better than many of the motels on that road without having a price that's out-of-sight. Breakfast had many choices - just wish they had maple syrup with the waffles. Had use of microwave so I could make my dinner and eat it quietly in the room. Pool was beautiful. Will most likely stay again.

We overall enjoyed our stay. The things I did not enjoy had to do with other parties. I would have to complain about the party staying directly above our room was extremely active, and chose to walk about their room at all hours of the day/night. Their floor (our ceiling) was very creaky and it was inconvenient when we were trying to go to sleep. There […] was also a group of gentlemen in the breakfast area during the day/evening, and they were drinking alchohol for hours. I am not sure what group they were associated with, but as a woman, it was not a comfortable sight to walk by. Travelling with small dog. Very nice accomadations.Good seafood restaraunts close by. 1/2 hour to Nantucket Ferry.Need to paint black curbs in parking lot- difficult to see at night.

We had a great time but would have been better with a microwave in the room and a bigger bathroom - fan didn't work. Wasn't crazy about the down feather bedding either. Close to beaches and attractions and free breakfast every morning was great!

Very basic hotel with a superb view over the parking lot and a cemetery. No charm. Noisy. Basic breakfast. Low value for the money at that time of the year. Only reason I went there is that they accept dogs and the area was pretty full.

OUTSIDE APPEARANCE OF THE HOTEL WAS GOOD. NICE POOLS. THEY WERE CLEAN AND WELL LOCATED. Nicely located hotel, room was ok, nothing fancy but at least no "stench" when you opened the door. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was ok. I would recommend this hotel to families traveling the cape cod region. I would surely go there again in the future.

Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms are very small when travelling with three people. The vanity area in particular. Overall the hotel service was good, rooms clean, great neighborhood.

The bathroom smelled and there were long black hairs on floor and in the tub. The tub backed up during a nightime shower and we had to have someone come ii the morning to clear the drain. The maids, young teenagers didn't clean the bathroom the second day and just threw the pillows on the bed and pulled up the bed cover. It looked like a 10 year old […] had made the bed. The beds were both too hard. There was also a big crack in the window. The only good things about this hotel are that they have 2 pools and it's a convenient location on Rt. 28 Baca selanjutnya

Very nice experience. This is not a hotel for those looking for ultra luxury but it's modern, safe, great location and the staff is wonderful (but limited). We stayed for four nights. The rooms are older and the bathrooms are incredibly small if you have a family. Appears recently renovated and except for bathrooms are right up to date and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Early check-in was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. All in all - very good.

The bathroom was inadequate. Too small. Sink area cramped. Toilet/tub cramped. Room could have been reduced to make an adequately sized bathroom area. Wall should be removed between sink area and bath to give more space. Toilet too low in height. Towels small not fresh smelling. Outdoor pool had no shaded areas or umbrellas, no privacy fencing or bushes, […] bus parking allowed along side of outdoor pool. Back door was not locked at anytime due to broken latch. Overall, this hotel was terrible. Other than a great location, it had nothing to offer. The room was dirty (carpet, bedding and bathroom), there were cigarette holes on the blanket, the room smelled terrible, the carpet left my feet black...I could go on and on. Hotel outdated.... .service at the front desk was OK.... Air conditioner quit at 8:00pm ,the manager called when we were in bed ...10:00 pm and offered to change rooms...at that point we declined ..breakfast was OK....overall the hotel is over priced

We were very happy staying here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. pools were very nice. Safe for a family. Centrally located. Only drawback was our prepaid reservation took the backseat to a bus load. We really wanted a 1st floor room but couldn't get it because the bus load came. it was inconvenient for the handicapped member of our family. My first tip should have been seeing the window open upon entering the room. Hard beds, red stains on the shower curtain, black stains on the towels. Filling watering cans in the sink next to me when I was trying to prepare my continental breakfast (eg still frozen bagel and coffee that was less palatable than battery acid) was a nice touch.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed being able to keep our pets with us. The location was great, and so was the pool. We also liked the breakfast. We have stayed here several times and plan to return.

We stayed in the hotel for the first time, and were really pleased with all it has to offer for such a reasonable price. The hotel is pet friendly, which is very convenient for us since most hotels that allow pets are really pricy, charge hefty pet and cleaning fees or have breed/weight limitations. The place was clean, plenty of hot water, and great […] heating (we went in March). Breakfast was average, nothing fancy, but plenty. Location was very good, lot of parking space, and the indoor pool is an added bonus. We highly recommend the Brazilian Grill about 10 min drive from the hotel. The only reason I gave a 4 for the condition/maintenance of the hotel was due to the outside grounds. The areas that did have bushes/trees for my dog also had a lot trash, so it was difficult to walk him around it. I must point out, these are the areas in the back edge of the hotel property, not the areas that guests would typically be around, those […] were fine. I should also point out that the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived a lot earlier than anticipated and they were quick to find a room for me to check in early.
