You know...I totally understand and support the idea of "going green" as far as replacing towels...changing sheets, etc....but they could have at least come in and straightened the beds; replaced used towels...so we would have enough for 2 nights worth of showers....and taken out the trash.....they did not.....the rooms were totally comfortable; the […] breakfast & dinner was great......the service.....not so good. Good hotel with very nice staff. Our only concern was with the dinner. The hotdog must be your primary then all other side are selected to compliment. The weiner used was very salt. I have eaten a polish dog which fairly close to the hot dog.The polish dog would substitute well. Fritos would be nice for frito pie, although the corn chips you had fit […] well with the cheese and chili. The broccoli cheese soup was very good. The next day I think that the chili replaced the soup. When chili is severed, another soup need to be include. To many old stomaches LOL CAN NOT handle chili powder at night. Thank for a nice time. Great free food both evening and morning! Amazingly friendly staff. Felt very safe. Not fancy but great value. Will definitely stop there again when traveling I-10.

Can't beat the price for what you get. Great breakfast, free soda and popcorn, "kick back" at 5:30 that includes 3 alcoholic drinks. Very lean and staff is very friendly!

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. What otherwise would've been an average to good stay was improved by the free food and 3 complimentary alcoholic drinks per night. Free breakfast was also included. The hotel was conveniant to the highway. We did not get there as early as we would have liked so we missed out on the evening munchies. Breakfast the next day was great. The rooms where nice and the common areas where outstanding. The staff was not as friendly as I have seen in other Drury's. They were'nt rude, just not outgoing.

I'm on the road a lot, and hotels in my allotted price range are usually pretty much the same inside. I'm usually happy as long as the rooms doesn't smell like smoke or food, and doesn't appear to have been visited by a SWAT team lately. The Drury in Lafayette exceeded my expectations in so many ways it's hard to quantify them all. From the ourside […] it's tidy and well-kept, and the lobby is nice for the price. The snack bar/drink event is outstanding for the nights when you are just whipped and want some food and a place to read. breakfast is full and complete. Where this hotel shines is in it's service and it's people. Shari, the GM, seemed to be everywhere at once, offering a hello, gently correcting staff, and just generally being involved in her property. Had a small problem with plumbing, and it was fixed in just minutes. If this is an example of a typical Drury property, I will actively seek them out in the future. Baca selanjutnya

Hotel was convenient for an overnight off of I-10. Staff was friendly and efficient. First room was not acceptable. Everything in room was damp including the sheets. Very musty. Moved to room across hall, much better.

It had a dirty pool, but the most distressing problem was the breakfast area. Apparently, there isn't a scheduled time to remove the trash from the dining room. Our Saturday morning breakfast was interrupted by removal of an over-flowing trash can. It was removed and from the looks of the garbage inside, it hadn't been removed in a while. From the smell, […] there was no doubt. The trash was removed from one of the bins although the other bin was full too. The trash was taken out and while we sat there, the bag was not replaced and the door was left open exposing gross sights and smells. I cannot emphasize the putrid smell enough. The lady working the breakfast buffet was very attentive, however, I did see her cleaning tables and setting up the buffet. Not sure if she washed her hands since sanitation seems to rank low on this hotels standards. She was extremely nice and very attentive to the preparation and presentation of everything. She was also very personable, so she is definitely an asset. However, a cleaning ritual that takes place when customers aren't in the dining room would be a smart move. Baca selanjutnya

I felt very comfortable and safe at this hotel. They serve breakfast and supper 7 days a week. The was great for me because traveling alone at nite I did not have to leave the hotel. From the foryer to the room all was clean and very nice. Only the bed was a little soft for my preference.

My family and I had a family reunion and decided to make a weekend of it. We couldn't have asked to be treated any better than we were at the Drury Inn and Suites. Theresa went above and beyond to make us comfortable as did all employees we came in contact with. Great breakfast and evening meal. I would definately a stay at this location!

We stayed at Drury Inn @ LAFAYETTE, Louisiana for 5 days during a family re-union. Suprisingly, the food was great, free hot breakfast, snacks and dinner. The staff made an effort to remember my little daughter' s name and would greet her everyday. Impressively, the front desk staff was very accomodating when we asked if we could use the swimming pool […] to include 4 xtra kids and 3 adults for our last picnic gathering. I have never been in any hotel here and abroad that the staff will go an extra mile to pay attention to the needs of their guest without charging an extra cost. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room we had was very clean. We were enjoying an anniversary by exploring the area and this hotel was very well situated to do so. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the snack time in the afternoons.

Hot tub was broken and full of green slime. Pool needed to be cleaned, had bugs/leaves in it. Was OK to swim in but needed a pool attendee. Room was clean but was not informed it was a dog friendly hotel. Will not stay there again. Should put the DOGS on the same floor or in the same rooms.

My room was near the interstate and the road noise was louder than other hotels I have stayed in. Also the bed seemed worn. The hotel staff are very friendly the evening reception food was good and the breakfast was good. I would consider staying again if I can get a room farther away from the highway.
