Maid service knocked on our door 3 times before 10 am. I was not offered a receipt upon checkout. The room was very nice.

Nice clean hotel. Room was a bit small but it was manageable. Pool was a very comfortable temp and good size. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was that there was a bunch of kids staying, and on Sat n Sunday you couldn't take advantage of the breakfast. We literally sat there for 45 min waiting for the kids to step away from the waffle maker so […] we could make one for our kids. Maybe hotel staff could suggest to the parents that there are other guest that want to use it, and they should limit how many they can make at one time. The best Hotel that I've stayed in. I just started to travel to Cleveland on a bi-weekly basis, and stayed at a couple of local hotels that are not as great as this one. However the breakfast was less appealing, but the coffee was great!

The check-in process was very smooth. The room was nice and clean. The staff was kind. I found it to be odd that the microwave was not in a kitchen type area, but right at the front desk. I didn't care for that. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Everyone who works there was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast had something for everyone. Nice variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back.

I enjoyed everyone there! The fragrance when you enter the hotel was wonderful! The host was kind and sweet! Great surrounding restaurants and mall! A must stay!

Wherever we travel in the U.S. we look for a Hampton Inn to stop at. We have never been disappointed. The standards are high, and we are assured that all the amenities are available. Each one is similar enough in design that we feel very much "at home". It just takes the worry out of being on the road. And the breakfasts are superb.

This hotel met all basic needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms was clean and the hot breakfast buffet was delicious. However, luxurious, this wasn't. The bathroom had a tiny shower(really tiny), and a hairdryer that only operated if you held the "on" button down hard the whole time. Not a big deal, but my hand did start cramping after about 10 […] minutes. Also, after a shower, we had to wait about 10 minutes before we could put on make-up or dry our hair because there was no fan in the bathroom to defog the mirror. The hotel didn't have room service -- again, not a big deal, but we were there during a blizzard so it would have been helpful. Overall a good place to stay for a night or two. Baca selanjutnya

Upon arrival we received cookies, which was a nice touch and started our trip off to a fun start. Our room was spotless. Very well kept and comfortable. The staff was so courteous and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The lobby is beautiful and stylishly decorated, and is a nice spot for the free breakfast from 6-10 am. It included sausage, eggs, […] waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and beverages. We used the pool room, which is also very stylish and made us feel like we were in Florida. Room was very nice, clean, comfortable. The location is convenient, and close to stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is we kept having trouble getting into our room and had to have both of our key cards reprogrammed several times, other than that is was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and […] we will stay there again. The staff was awesome! It was very clean and the pool was awesome. The only disappointing part of the stay was the continental breakfast, there was no place to sit and enjoy way to many people at hotel could not get a coffee cup and by the time you got back up to your room everything was cold. But I would stay there again.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was more of a full breakfast with just about every breakfast option you could think of! After staying at the Hampton Inn I don't think we could ever stay anywhere else.

My hotel room smelled slightly like smoke, even though they insisted it was a non-smoking room. Otherwise, I thought the hotel was great and my stay was wonderful.

Overall rating 4 because our room had a less than pleasant odor for some reason. The deoderant dispensed by the maid helped very temporarily. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very good. Bed very comfortable.

The staff were always at our disposal, especially with recommendations and directions. They were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is very good, and the hot elements differ daily. It is a fairly new building and is kept in immaculate shape.

The room I got was not the room that I reserved on Hotels.com - the description was nothing like the room i got. The lady at the front desk the night we checked in was great - very patient and extremely helpful. I am not happy with hotels.com.

We enjoyed our stay there. Close to some great restaurants as well. The pool was empty went we stayed so it was almost like having the whole place to ourselves!

I've stayed in this hotel several times. In the past, when our room did not have a refrigerator, the hotel staff was always happy to store our few items in the hotel's refrigerator. This time, the man on desk duty informed us he could not allow us to put items in the hotel refrigerator and that they "never" permit guests to do this. He had a "can't-do" […] attitude that was terribly frustrating. He didn't care at all that we were faced with a problem. I had to upgrade to a suite to get refrigerator space. Also, the man at the desk was extremely condescending. Yes I'm a mom, who was checking in with my daughter, but I'm also a doctor and do not appreciate being talked down to. This hotel was not convenient to Cleveland, and there was serious rush hour traffic preventing easy access. The rooms had little if any noise insulation, and we were awakened during the night by talking in the halls and the ice machine. Desk staff promised three rooms on the same floor for our family, and when other family members arrived later than […] us, they ended up on two different floors. Everything was excellent except for the mattresses. Uncomfortable and lumpy.

Shower turned ice cold right in the middle. Not a great way to wake up. Hotel manager seemed to have heard the complaint before. He mentioned running water from some of the empty rooms on the floor. Otherwise hotel was fine. Just could not get past the shower.
