The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The TV is an old 19 inch if that. They do have a refrigerator and microwave which is convenient. I probably will not ever stay there again.

We were pleased with the price and the hotel was fine. Because it was spread out into 4 units the exercise facility was not as convenient as we would have liked so we didn't use it. The breakfast was fine, plenty of offerings but the person in charge was like the breakfast police, hovering over everyone to be sure they didn't take more than they should. […] When we have waffles at a hotel, we like to make our own so that they are fresh and hot but he had them made up ahead of time and sitting in a warmer and would only give you 2 quarters at a time. We decided to eat other things instead. It was just fine but it you are looking for a fancy hotel, you would probably not pick this one. It served our purpose just fine. Baca selanjutnya

It seems that it is an old hotel, for the facilities are not that new. But still a good hotel in an excellent location, and there is a casino next to the hotel where you can hang around after dinner.

The service was excellent. The room was very clean. The bed was awful. No cushion left, pillows were lacking, worse of all the bottom sheet kept coming off. There is nothing worse then an exposed hotel mattress.

Service was good. Older hotel by the capitol building. 5 minute drive to the freeway. Clean, friendly, with good maid service. 4 different buildings with laundry facilities only in the farthest building. Breakfast facility needs updating.

Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. Will definitely stay here the next time we go to Carson City.

The rooms that they put us in were in the smaller of the 3 buildings and the oldest. The rooms haven't been refurbished in many years. There were huge stains on the floor, the linoleum on the floors in the bathroom was cracked. Basically the place was a dump. I am told that the rooms in the other buildings are better but did not get to see them. Though […] the lobby could use updating as well as our rooms. The people working the lobby were nice. The mattresses were old and not very comfortable. They give you a thin blanket and a bed spread. The TV was an old tube type that was so old that it was out of focus. Even the remote only worked half the time. The soap was those tiny little bars they used to give you in the old days. I think that because we paid the lowest rate we got put in the worst rooms they have. If you decide to stay here, play the extra money or insist on anything but the 2 story building. The Carson City Plaza Hotel and Conference Center provided just what my friends and I needed; a clean, comfortable room and free parking. The check-in was efficient and included an invitation to a free community event (and hors d'oeuvres) being held in one of their conference rooms. We attended and were glad we did. Morning breakfast selections were […] plentiful and satisfying. Hotel location with easy highway access was good for us as we were in the area to visit friends and to go sight-seeing. My only complaints have to do with the bedding: the sheets were old, small holes were visible, and the mattress pad did not fit well across the bed making it lumpy to sleep on. I love seeing the same friendly face behind the counter for years now. Very quiet too. Nothing fancy, but a wonderful stop over on our trips to Calif. My friend came with me this trip, and will be back with her husband for their next trip.

Clean room. Decent bed. Good shower. Chintzy breakfast - limited to one serving for each item. So I had one hard boiled egg and one piece of toast. I felt disappointed and hungry after an overall satisfactory stay.

Because the room style was not available upon arrival, I was unexpectedly and delightfully provided an upgrade to a suite. My room was very clean, comfortable, and provided an excellent assortment of amenities, including a kitchenette, multiple televisions, and several seating options. The room offered excellent WiFi service, with an excellent connection. […] The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was very quiet. The hotel property was well maintained, and the front desk staff were outstanding: professional, friendly, and very helpful. Access is good, check in/out quick and efficient, and parking easy. The location is downtown, and although it is surrounded by an area that is less than aesthetically pleasing, I felt secure and was able to access an assortment of nearby restaurants and other services. The hotel is very close to all major state government offices, including the capital and legislative buildings. All in all, an excellent stay at a superior hotel facility. We got such a good rate on the room, that I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk help was very nice and friendly. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast room was large and had plenty of seating. There was not a large variety for breakfast but it was okay.

We were not able to get wifi in our rooms. If you sat near elevators it was a strong signal.(i was wondering what the chair by the elevator was for!) Very clean room and helpful staff. Nice location and fair price.

Large, clean room. Very quiet room even with a herd of teenagers staying in the hotel. Breakfast was quite adequate, including boiled eggs, waffles, English muffins, cereal & milk, fruit and yogurt. Plan to eat before 8:00 to get the full selection. Our first choice when we go back to Carson City.

Its good for one night sleep. It hasn't any luxury but its a very good deal if you only need a warm bed a take a shower before sleep.

The bed was a little hard for me.. but it was clean, comfortable otherwise, and the continental breakfast was great. Close to Tahoe, restaurants, museum, shopping, etc. Nice place to stay for a weekend get-a-way.

Had a very good experience at this hotel especially for the price. It was nice being served breakfast by the staff and they were very attentive in the breakfast room.

If you are a patient of Dr Shallenberger, this is a very frequented hotel for his pt's! CALL them! Continental breakfast is a bit simple, but they have one at least!

The free breakfast is awesome! John and Juan are fantastic and they make your waffle to order! Wish WIFI was a little better but otherwise, incredible value!

Stay was good. Only complaint was the person operating the continental breakfast. He was rude.

I stayed in this hotel for about a week and it's great! They had waffles and English muffins for breakfast.. Small breakfast but still tastey. The employees there were nice and hardworking (always excited to see me at breakfast) the neighborhood was awesome over all I am a satisfied customer:)

Liked the location of the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean, but ragged. The curtains were torn and looked old.

It's an older hotel but it is in a good central location for business and sight seeing. The room was large and clean with a full sized fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The staff were mostly friendly and talkative and the free breakfast wasn't the most well stocked but it is free and had enough choices for that price. Really problems with the internet. It was very unstable inside the room, worked good sitting in a chair by the elevator. The only hotel I have been in that warns you that the breakfast is not a "eat as much as you want buffet" TV had very few channels, some with really bad reception.

Room and bath were not large, but clean and adequate. Beds comfortable. There were not enough clothes hangers in our room, but attendant brought more promptly. Quiet at night. The best thing was that the hotel has a small conference center across the street that worked out perfectly for the function we attended.
