Gear Hotel - Kaohsiung

Clean and cosy environment with very friendy and helpful staff. Nice restaurant with traditional Taiwan porridge with lots of varieties vegie to go with it. Near to market place with lots of delicious food, dessert and fruits. We enjoy our 2 nights stay there.

Only the bathroom is a bit old and not quite comfort, the twin room is spacious and the two queen size beds are comfort and clean, the hotel staff are helpful and friendly, good place for overnight stay with good price.

實際狀況和照片有落差 有承接大陸團客，因此會比吵 房間的細部不夠清潔 維護狀況需要再加強

飯店的一角 布置了一個很有人文氛圍的讀書空間 房間內也放了有益身心的雜誌 優雅而不凌亂 給予旅途的遊客 也不忘充實精神糧食 看得出來飯店的用心 房間也很乾淨 價位平易 下次如果去高雄 我還是會選擇它~

I think the hotel's guest are almost native people. I saw some foreigners for example Japanese and Koreans. - The pros and cons (pros) 1. Not expensive : I think there is a reason, please read the issue about transportation as below. 2. Clean room. 3. Calm atmosphere 4. I was able to find a small place to exercise at the opposite side of the hotel (cons) 1. […] Not good transportation : There are two nearer subway stations(i.e. City council[orange line], Kaoshuing main station[red line]). I think it takes 20-30 minutes on foot. I heard there is a city bus(number 8), which is stopped in front of the hotel, unfortunately the bus arrives every twenty minutes. 2. Not satisfied breakfast : I stayed two nights and it seems there are same foods everyday. Anyway I found 3 or 4 flavers of tradional chinese foods, toast, 3 kind of jams, coffee, some juices and water. I remembered those are all. I want to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, but I couldn't. 3. There is no safe box 4. An employee at the lobby is uncomfortable with talking about in English, but they are very kind and trying to explain their think. Baca selanjutnya

古いホテルだったけど、水は毎日人数分補充されていてアメニティも一通りそろっていました。ただ、高雄駅までが中途半端な距離で暑い中、歩くには遠い気がしました。タクシーだと１メーター台湾＄85で行きます。また、新幹線左営駅まで紅線で４駅なので便利です。その他はホテルカウンターでは日本語が通じますし、朝食が野菜中心なのと毎日メニューが変化して味付けも、まあまでした。
