Friendly staff. Easy to find. Good basic restaurant

The place is a 1 star. Old Old, small bed, small room, kind of a dump. I would call the room a closet. The restaurant is OK and the food was OK. The staff was pleasant, but that was probably the only redeeming aspect of the stay. It was close to the airport, that's why we picked it. But not a place you would want to spend any time at. Great late night check in service

We needed a place to rest for the night while traveling with the cats. This place was very convenient in our route to sleep and rest until the next day. Not very big but very clean and the staff was nice. We payed a few extra euros for the cats at the hotel, as specified in the online booking small print. I was a study abroad student taking a day trip into France and stayed in Hendaye. The Campanile was easy to find, and the staff was SO friendly. They spoke very good English too, which was good because I did not speak any French! We arrived around 9:30 at night and after we checked in, went back to get recommendations on places to eat. It was almost […] 10 and they informed us everything in the area closed at 10. They let us eat in the restaurant there even though they were closing it in 5 minutes. The food was delicious! Nous avons été très déçus par la chambre : - serviettes de toilettes tâchées - système de chauffage extrêmement bruyant - lit supplémentaire de type lit de camping au ras du sol avec un matelas très fin Une coupure d'eau était prévue toute la matinée, sans que nous en soyons informés à notre arrivée : impossible d'utiliser la salle de bain ou les toilettes […] après notre nuit. Vue imprenable sur le cimetière d'Hendaye , vous n'y serez toutefois pas au calme , car vous êtes le long de la route nationale . A éviter.

Tres bon acceuil a proximiter de tout les commercant juste un petit bemole c'est l'isolation du bruit dans les chambre ces tout sinon rien a reprocher pour un petit week end en amoureux génial .

Trés satisfait du séjour. Petit bémol, pour y avoir pris les repas du soir (pendant 5 jours), les buffets d'entrées et de desserts gagneraient à être plus variés.

buscabamos un hotel de paso, para una noche y nos encontramos este hotelico la mar de coqueto. sencillo por fuera y con encanto y por dentro tambien sencillo pero con grandisimos detalles. Una cama impresionantemente comoda, con una ropa de cama que... ya me quedé con ganas de llevarmela para mi casa (perdon). una televisión enorme (buen partido de […] futbol vi jajaja) con bañera y juegos de gel y ducha. y un simple detalle más, de esos que hacen que lo simple se convierta en casi un lujo. accueil très sympathique personnel parfait tout va bien et surtout le calme les chambres en plus, sont climatisées ce qui ne néglige rien lorsqu'il fait chaud et que vous rentrez d'une grande ballade

HOTEL TRES MAL INSONORISE !!!!

Nous avons reserve une chambre a deux lits par téléphone , j'ai eu une chambre avec un grand lit , l hôtesse d' accueil n'a pas été du tour aimable et pour un chef étoilé , la nourriture n'est pas du tout a la hauteur des restaurants campaniles , pas de choix et franchement pas bon !!!!!

Somos una pareja que viaja con nuestro hijo de 18 años y al pedir una habitación triple nos encontramos casi siempre con la desventaja de colocarnos una cama pequeña y con un colchón muy poco confortable en una habitación doble, donde normalmente, ya es justa para dos y para tres resulta muy incomoda.
